Why hasn't this app been updated in over a year? 50% of the time, if not more frequently, I cannot login. It says my connection is slow, and then proceeds to time out even though I'm on a very stable internet connection. Happens while on cellular and WiFi. Please address quickly and the review may get updated. But as of now, 👎🏼.
Previous Bank was better...I am coming from Security Bank with a new bank merger to AMB. The text alerts AMB offer are subpar and not useful. It takes a long time to load even over a strong internet connection and is clunky with an unattractive interface, much like Wellsfargo but worse. For it to be "American Momentum" I expect a faster and more modern banking experience.
Every once in a while, I can't seem to log in. I've plugged in my passcode and sometimes my whole login ID with password, but still can't get in. Whatever glitch has occurred, needs to be addresed.
I don't need the notices that hog up 1/2 of the page, once it finally, slowly, ever so slowly, loads... it is not too convenient when it won't load 1/2 of the time and also the fraud department is way too trigger happy on irrelevant things and they miss obvious fraudulent activity, it seems to me.... frustrating..
Never opens. Says taking longer than expected and never opens. Used to be a great app and worked every time. Total junk now.
Can't even download the app. When I troubleshoot, it says to check my internet or restart my phone. I've done that but it still won't download. Changing banks is in my future.
As others have said says connection is taking longer than usual then dumps. Ridiculous that this continues to be a problem. Renders the app useless.
Have to remove app in order to log on every single time. At first it worked fine but now it gets kind of annoying.
Logging in, your internet may be slow but we will keep trying. Weren't able to login everytime. Been like this for a while.
Works great, but when you try to ask the bank about a transaction it doesnt go through with sending the message to them
Love it. Never have to go to ATM to check balance. Always on my phone. Just Awesome. Highly recommend!!!
This app needs an update it never lets you log in because the app software is so slow
Could be better. Cant turn debit card off. Alerts are confusing
Once a check is deposited an says you have a available funds, that money still won't be available till the following day so if an emergency comes along you're totally screwed.
Wish they would have never bought out security bank i hate this bank the app always has issues

When app first came out worked sufficiently. However, to date I still cannot utilize remote deposit. There's not an option, yet I know AMB has it available. At least it was discussed in 2014. Today, I'd like to add, please update entire system and utilize Samsung Speed Pay. This could be one of the best banking apps. Still needs work. If/when the above things are updated or added, I'll most definitely rate 5 stars.
I have used several different banking apps and this one is the least functional. In fact, this bank's website and app is incredibly low on function and far from intuitive. A great bank such as American Momentum needs to catch up to the times. Now more and more error notices and cannot access transaction history. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. No improvement.
No functionality. Makes me very nervous that soon they will just drop the website altogether. No support phone number other than just going to the bank. It's like they're trying to justify keeping all the employees and monstrous brick and mortar buildings at our expense. Come on people this is the 21st century look around you. If you need a clue look at your competitors website any of them. They're all better than yours. Why do you even bother? Needs serious work even a complete rewrite.
Both of my branch as well as the app description states that you can make deposits to your checking account with the app. However that is not true, and the only thing you really can do is check your balance and transfer money
I love my branch in downtown Naples. The staff are amazing and so helpful and very kind and friendly.
Mobile check deposit works well. Some things you could fix... If you only have 1 account why do you need to select it? It should be selected by default. These orange yellow tips balloons, there needs to be a toggle to off. We don't need directions every single time, it's an annoyance. A long press and off or l a don't show this again checkbox at the end of each balloon would be great.
