The first time you use it be on a computer first for making and signing into your account. Otherwise you will have problems like I did and have to call or go into the bank and get your password changed and login into it with a COMPUTER. The app is great though you can see all you buy, transfer money into any other accounts you have, and a lot more. So I like it.
Very primitive, can't link to external accounts, can't transfer to and from external accounts, doesn't Zelle or Cash App! Also, at least a percentage of funds needs to be available immediately when deposits made via check photo! (Example - $200.00 immediately available if over $500.00)
Almost 4 months later and the app still doesn't work on my Pixel 3 XL running Android P. The app does not work with Android P. The app crashes after signing in during the Terms and Services loading screen. This has been the vase since upgrading to Android P.
This app is very basic for a banking app and I contantly get an error saying it can't validate my information and I know the information is correct because the same login info works on the website so I know I'm not typing it in wrong. This has been happening for about 3 years now and I am about to switch banks it's a shame considering this is the closest decent bank to me but I can find a new easily.
Worked fine previously. Appears to be related to Android update. Called in and they said they had heard some Android users had issues and they think it's being worked on. I asked where I could follow updates and they said nowhere but they would pass my concerns on. So thanks for nothing.
Best banking experience ever!!! Fingerprint log in makes passwords super easy. Transferring money is simple and fast! Pics to deposit checks when you are away from a branch!! This app has it all!
I downloaded this app for the mobile deposit feature. However, the mobile deposit feature works very infrequently. I keep getting an error message stating that it cannot find the endorsement.
I've been a member of American National Bank for over 30 years. I've never had the slighted disappointment. Every employee I've dealt with throughout these many years, has been polite, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Amazon National Bank for all your banking needs.
App is constantly down and doesn't work, and just tells me "an error has occurred". I'm getting ready to switch banks just so I can have a reliable mobile app to check my balance and purchases.
Error msg for the past week. Before this it would periodically be unavailable but all day and night error, error, error... Makes a person nervous! Seriously! Fix it!
i use to LOVE this app but for some reason now it will not open no matter what i have done or tried and its really upsetting because i used it multipul times a day it was super convienent and now i have to log in online and it just takes longer. hope it gets fixed soon.
Crashes after sign in each time, same as multiple other reviews. Been happening for probably a year now without fix. Probably enough reason to change banks.
The app is awful, it never works. I either get a message saying an error occurred or that my information couldn't be validated.
Last update was a big improvement. Looks much cleaner and is much easier to navigate.
This app crashes ALOT! Have had this same problem for several years. Think you guys would have got the glitches out by now. Need to fire the guy in charge of this app
App crashes right away. See splash screen with logo for 2 seconds at most and then crashed with no error or anything
Just a very basic banking app. Doesn't connect to cash app and some other financial apps I've tried. ANB is a great bank app has something yet to be desired though.
Currently I'm unable to log into app I dwnloaded. Unable to recognize my credentials is what the msg repeated many times. I eventually got pissed & uninstalled American Nat'l Bank...Covid stirred the pot!!
I think this app and ease of use has improved leaps and bounds over just the two years I have had an account! Well done!!
easy to use no matter where i am. i like that it asks for password before confirming critical things like transfers between accounts

After update mobile banking will not work. Contacted customer support and they could not help. Was a good app.
Expectations met!! It does what I need it to do...deposit, transfer, manage all accounts. Any troubles?? Customer service is on it!!

Works great. I love the convenience of managing my accounts and depositing checks without having to go to the bank.
The app goes down frequently for Maintenance. During this time, generally on weekends when the bank is closed and you don't have anyone to talk to and can't access your account. I have had my debit card declined when this happens. It's not only embarrassing but infuriating. I have had a late charge assessed by a creditor that I had to do the leg work to get it reversed. I have banked with American National for 19 years and have considered taking my banking elsewhere over this.
