The app mostly serves its purpose, but there are a few things that I wish it would do better. Cons: the switch to Zelle is a huge letdown as the pay a friend program was one of my favorite features. A different financial institution's app allows me to control my card from the app (freeze it, set travel plans, set up push notifications each time my card is used, etc.), but this one doesn't. The security alerts aren't the same. Pros: Biometric login is great, and the UI is mostly user friendly.

I never have problems using the app. I always get notified if something has happened. I actually had someone or something trying to get into my account. I was immediately notified and called my bank. The issue was resolved very quickly. I also live in Nevada and I am able to keep my accounts. Maybe they will make a bank here in Las Vegas.

The app itself is good. But the reason why I give it only three stars was cuz they did away with some of the options that really helped. But I don't think it was due to the app itself. I think it was more due with bank then anything else.

Overall, easy to use. There have been a few times where I've gotten a general notice, but I'd appreciate a LITTLE more specifics, rather than just "Error." (e.g. "System down")

I used to love it but months ago it stopped working on my phone because of an upgrade that made it incompatible with my version of Android (4.4.2). MEGA frustrating because I am rarely able to get to the bank to deposit checks and have had to go back to mailing them, which takes forever. I was so excited when I just saw the notification on this page that it is 'compatible with my device' but nope, nothing has changed. I have not been able to find out if there is a workaround for this other than getting a new phone and am very disappointed :(

UPDATE IS TOTAL TRASH. Won't load, called customer service after locked out of account, still won't open. "Just restart your device." Yeah right, that didn't help. Password reset option will not work. Way to screw up a good thing. UPDATE: Over a month later and app still has connectivity issues. Sometimes it loads, most of the time it doesn't. Previous version worked great 100% of the time. Please fix this app!

Glitchy experience. Constant issues with transferring money between accounts. Twice I have updated my address and was given comnfirmation messages on the app, but my mail still went to my old address and I was fined for each letter. Customer service rarely reaponds. And when they do they fail to fix the problems. What is the point of online banking that doesnt work? It feels like they cut a lot of corners with their app.

As far as the app goes, it's very functional and convenient to use. The design of the app is a bit outdated and navigation can be confusing at first. The fact that you can send money to others' accounts for free is very convenient and keeps us from using 3rd party apps to do so. The transactions show how it affects your balance, which is so convenient because it reduces confusion and it's such a simple service. I have no idea how other banks can't do this on their apps. Best bank app atm.

Somewhat surprised about all of the previous reviews in regards to this app. I've never really had any issues and it's always worth perfectly for me. Never had any issues with the mobile deposit option either and in all cases I have used it it's always worth perfectly. Love the fact I can also use my fingerprint reader to log in instead of having the type in my password all the time. Makes it a little more convenient to use my phone to do my banking versus using their website on my computer.

I appreciate the convenience of using the app to check my balance & statement & to deposit checks. But that's where the helpfulness ends. Your transaction alert features are so outdated & extremely not user friendly! They're so cumbersome to set up, often I don't even receive alerts for debits & especially deposits, & they don't even specify where the transaction was made (just the $ amount) Pls look at your competitors to update & modernize you app. It's so bad that it's laughable!

Don't even mention Apps Check Deposit if it does not work. Use to be 5 ⭐ because of the Fingerprint access but everybody has that now. So. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Easy to use on any device or pc. Navigation is coded well and security is also nicely done. The personal element is also well done. No long waits on the phone and the professional and curtious REAL LIFE voice on the other end is a welcome relief from the usual robotic phone programs that can simply make a sime question into a 2 hour affair. I've been using this app since they've launched it & it has been sincerely the beet experience for me! I do almost EVERYTHING through the app. Even depositing checks & moving money. Simply magnificent 🤌. With every update it becomes better. I loved that it allowed me to used biometrics but still secure. I 💯 recommend this app if you bank with ASB! & if you're not banking with them, then why not?! Go open an account. 😍

Horrible! I've updated my address twice in person. Still, they sent my new debit card to an address I hadn't lived at for 10 years. Ok. Honest mistake I guess? They ordered another new card for free. Thanks. Then (without notifying me) they deactivate my current card until I activate my new card, which will be here in "14 business days". I pay monthly payments for a variety of services. The ones my payments have now bounced with are charging me fees. Go in2 branch and told no way to reverse.

For DAYS I have not been able to access my account online via app or browser because its unable to connect to the server, I dont know what's going on. It is very irritating because when I tried to call to check my balance using their "improved automated system", they ask for an "access code" which I don't remember getting from ASB, so this "improved system" is usless. When I tried to speak to representative it tells me I'm calling after hours. Please FIX ASAP. Or do text message balance instead.

Good app sometimes there are news updates that gets out late I think labor day updates to transaction where delayed but news didn't get out till a week later... Nothing super major wrong anymore. Still not sure why they have a contact feature if most of the inquiry's result in "have to come in person" lol But all said and done been using the app 2-3 years and is worth having.

Got if for mobile deposit, which doesn't work. Keeps giving me error. Called their support line and all I was told was, they don't know why it's not working so I have to go into a branch to deposit the check. During a pandemic. Great. Precisely what I was trying to avoid. They need better tech people and a better app.

I normally manage my account on my home computer, however when on the road and on the fly, I can manage my account with all of the same full features, as I do on my computer through the mobile app, and even more; like digital check deposits. I have been banking with ASB for 25 years; Love my bank, and its awesome app! 💚 🤙

Everything was great. Now I can't get online. It has a connectivity error. Called customer service, they could not help. Looked up connectivity error, that did not help. Im going to uninstall it and install it again. So I uninstalled it and installed it again. It fixed lhe problem.

I can't think of ANY problems I have with the latest version. The app works smoothly for almost anything I want to with ASB accounts. So much so, that this mobile app is my go-to over the online PC-based app! I just wish the 3rd-party vendor ASB uses for their check deposit function would make their code follow the ABA, ANSI, and ASC X9 standards (the most-followed), so that EVERY size and format check printed (within those standards) would be accepted!

This app is due for an upgrade. After hitting the Login button, there is a huge delay. If the phone isn't on WiFi, may never login. If anyone is having this issue, best to use the web browser.

Since Feb 26 2019 update, I've been having countless problems accessing my acct through the app. Many a times installed & uninstalled this app from the App Store, yet the results remain the same. I spoke to several customer service Reps who apologized for the systems errors and misgivings which resulted in directing me to "use the browser to log into the acct." its now March 9th still having to use the browser, having to delete 25 notice of unsuccessful attempts into my acct. Fix this mess!
