Americas First Mobile Banking

I really like the convenience however, since the layout has been changed last, its a bit difficult to navigate. I did find that in order to get the camera to work for the mobile banking, you have to enable the camera and grant permission through the app settings. It immediately fixed the issue. On weekends and shortly after hours of buisness, when the bank is closed, the mobile deposote option will also dissapear sometimes. You just kind of have to be more aware of certain things I suppose.

I normally dont do this but I felt I needed to. this app has too many issues. At 1st I was thinking maybe it was my device. It was the S7 edge and it was new. Then the Google PixelXL, same issue. Now I have had my Note9 for almost 6months and I can take it anymore. this app takes forever to load, if it loads. sometimes it will just have the blue screen come up with the logo. other times once you enter your password it just spins as long as you keep the screen on. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!!

I'm not outraged like most here. I actually find the design basic and simple and I'm pleased with most functionality so far. My one true gripe- can the Android back button please just take you back one step in the app rather than exit the app altogether? Never before I have been in an app several levels deep and suddenly find myself on the home screen because I tapped the back button.

This is the worst app I've ever worked with. You can't make transfers, you can't do anything but view your account. You can't tap on the icons and go to your account or make TRANSFERS. Who ever came up with this app needs to be fired. It's the worst app I've ever used. It's useless! Now I have to go all the way to the credit union. I may change to another bank that has online banking that actually works!

I was unable to remote deposit and i thought that it was the app... All i saw was a black screen. Truth be told, i had not given the app permission to my camera in the settings. Once i gave the app permission, i was able to remote deposit. Other than user error, this app is pretty straight forward.

Mobile Deposit Camera function not working. I just updated my phone, however I have another bank account and I tested it and it works. The first time I logged into the other acct, I had 2 pop-ups asking to allow the bank to use my camera, etc. That didn't happen m with AMFIRST so I uninstalled and re installed app, but still same issue. Come on AMFIRST developers. Fix it!

I get a black screen when trying to take a picture of my checks to deposit. It worked for a year and then randomly quit about a month ago. Tried reinstalling several times. Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Huge inconvenience for me. Please fix ASAP!

It takes forever to load if it loads. Trying to use mobile deposit is a bust! Everytime I try to take a pic of the check the screen is black. While using the app it freezes and shuts down. Can't transfer money. Not convenient at all

This ia the worst banking app i have used. Cant make check deposits any more cant transfer money easily due to scroll and copyright messages taking up the screen real estates. Makes my mobile banking experience very difficult. The new website is difficult too, too many clicks to see my data

This was a great app until the update. Now, I can't even use it 90% of the time. It constantly freezes and takes several attempts to log in, if it works at all. I don't know what the developers did but this new version is TERRIBLE.

They updated from previous version and it's terrible. Cant even see what money is coming out for what bill. Very confusing compared to other version. I wish they would change it back quick.

As someone who checks an account twice daily. This app is unorganized. That is the best thing I can say about the update. I'm going to transfer all accounts at the end of the year to a competitor. This app should never have made it to the public.

Cannot even download app! It won't let me sign in to anything and it won't recognize that I have downloaded the app even after reinstalling four times!!!! The last app was garbage but at least I could sign in. This app is going to be even worse apparently.

unable to use remote deposit. when I go into "take a picture of check" its just a black screen. i have called and all they said is to delete the app and download it again, which I have done. not happy that Im unable to do this!

Out of town some 5 hours away from home. Need to deposit check and it won't. Image always get rejected. Normally takes several tries to get it to work but not this time. App only good some 25% of time. Looks like vacation may be cut short cause no one will cash check with endorsement on back. Great job affcu

The new app is horrible. It takes forever to load the home screen and any button you push. It also is not easy to follow

I used to like the app before they updated it and now it takes way too long to load and navigating it is more difficult then it should be. They updated something when it was fine the way it was. I miss how it used to be.

Well this app use to great .but now it really starting to get on my nerves. You can log-in. But it really wanted to see anything pertaining to the activity in your accounts please fix it I guess you guys are never going to fix this app it's the most hated Bank app ever

Irritated. I tried to make a mobile deposit and the screen on the camera is black. Useless option. Fingerprint authentication is listed as an update but not available.

Upgrade is not an upgrade, but still better than the newest version. It seems like they just are trying to make it even worse with every "upgrade".

This app is awful. It takes forever to load, and there since the update its harder for me to get to my accounts. Yesterday and today, I couldn't even view my accounts.

This app no longer works. It just takes you back to the app store. They want you to download the updated version, which is a completely new app entirely.

This app was great prior to the update. Transfers are horrible, cant see the screen for the scroll msg.

Would give 0 stars if i could.. This app used to work great before they tried fixing something that wasn't broken.. Now the app just sends me in circles and never even lets me open it to sign in...

Id give it half a star if poss, its slow, stops, crashes. they say "nobody likes it; they're working on it" been hearing this for a good while. 👎👎

CAMERA PROBLEM FIXED...my android phone WAS having issues with mobile deposit. the camera screen WAS black and WOULDNT allow me to take a picture of the check. THE APP JUST NEEDED PERMISSION TO USE MY PHONES CAMERA. The member services helped me. Thank you

Anyone experiencing black screen using camera after upgrading to android 9.0 . App permissions was reset. Go to permissions and turn on camera.

This app is straight trash. I tried it on 3 different devices and still can NOT deposit checks online. America's First get ya weight up, this app is sorry.
