There isn't an option to add my Samsung Galaxy watch and Google Fit will not connect. Today the app says to update and it will not open. Uninstalled and downloaded it again and will says same thing. Very broken. Can not use it an I am sick.
very handy, I don't have to pack around the card and phone. And I can check what benefits are before the procedure is scheduled.
Does not load at all keeps telling me to update when I already did. Worst app and insurance ever. I will be switching as soon as I can.
Chat doesn't work for anything constantly pops up message while on a live chat that something isn't right as you type. Why offer it on the app to avoid long wait times if all it does is post those messages and disconnect all the time

This app needs a lot of improvement. They give you the options to connect with them through messages and live chat. Both of which would be extremely convenient since trying to talk on the phone is somewhat difficult with a 2yr old. I've sent several messages over the course of 2 weeks with no response, not even on the spam folder. Everytime I try to use the live chat I'm able to get someone, but after they start verifying our information we get disconnected. Very frustrating!
I'm trying to register the Amerigroup mobile app. It's saying they can't find my information. That there's no match. Please help! Thanks Julie

I have been trying to access this app for months. It keeps saying something went wrong or it can't find my info. Here it is February 26 abd still doing the same thing. I'm really disappointed with this app.
The app will not let me register. Keeps saying there is a problem and that they would fix the issue. That was 5 days ago and it still does this. I would be u installing it.

Hate it. Harder to use than original. Cannot save password on login page. After login, app crashes during search mode and you have to begin again. Who was this app made for? Certainly not members who require quick, easy access to their health data.
Horrible! This app needs able of work to be better. It crashes constantly. I can't update and save my information. It always says "oops. Try again in a bit" so annoying!!
I have a membership with this insurance but the app is not user friendly
Can not get into app!! I had a severe allergic reaction & couldn't find a place to go & get help, because the app kept say that they were working on it. Today I tried to get back on it and it's still saying the same thing! So I had to go to the closet hospital! I just hope & pray that Amerigroup will pay part of the bill!!
I have tried to set up my profile on this app and it doesn't recognize me.
Can't register to sign in. Terrible app. Uninstalling app. I'm adding more to my review of this app. After reading more of other people's reviews it seems that the ones that get an answer from the company is always the same. You'd think by now they would have fixed this app. It truly does suck. Can't sign in and I can't get any help from Customers Services either. This app is as useless as tips on a boar.
Excellent insurance for all your healthy needs. Especially for those on Medicare.

This app, makes it so easy to find a provider, to get rewards for being a member, and I can make changes any time I need . I also always have a back up copy of our insurance cards incase anything where to ever happen to ours . I give this app a 100 %
great app and easy to use
Just downloaded the app and it wouldn't take my password from my online account. I changed my password through the app to the same one I have online and I still couldn't login. The password disappeared and only the username was present. I was able to download the card online so now i will have to uninstall the app
This is the same as the website in the convenience of an app. That said providers are EXTREMELY OUTDATED N most have stopped accepting state provided Amerigroup. Nurse helpline after being on hold an hour tells you what you already know so it isn't helpful. I've needed an extraction for months n have had abscess after abscess and also need my iud removed that needs removed but finding providers is impossible. It's heartbreaking. Cold callin providers gets u treated bad for having medicaid.

Everything I've had to do with Amerigroup has been not only bad but it has required 5 times more attention along with needing to get the coverage that is in my plan. It took me 3 months and 10 phone calls to find out why they wouldn't authorize a prior authorization request for my dentist. And my dentist sent the prior authorization request FOUR TIMES. AND AMERIGROUP STILL WOULDN'T APPROVE IT! The only reason was because the company thought I had my original dental plan which I upgraded.
Great insurance company! They do as they say! I like the fact that you can get prescription glasses every year and have vision checks once every two years. Customer service is excellent and are understanding,compassionate and are there to help you every inch of the way. Thanks Amerigroup!
Tried to open my app. It won't let me open it because it says I need to update the app. When I click update it takes me to the Google play page for the app but there is no option to update. Tried uninstalling and installing again. Still needs an update that isn't available. So I can't use the app at all.
