Every time I try to log in, I get the message: "We are unable to complete your request at this time." I'm able to log into the website just fine, but the app doesn't work at all.
Needs the ability to toggle between multiple accounts. When the web browser view is better than the app, then there's no reason to install the app, instead just install a home screen shortcut to the website
User-friendly & frequently updated so information is accurate. I've only used it for informational purposes. I haven't tried to make payments or transfers from it, so I'm not sure how those features function. But overall I'm very satisfied with this app.
2 accts viewable when I log in on my laptop. Only 1 shows when I try to use the app. Customer service rep thinks it's that the app is not compatible with android.. Disappointing.
Everytime I try to use it, I have to reset my password because it tells me I'm locked out. After spending two hours on the phone with a service, I once again try to login, and it tells me that I am locked out. The service representative tells me that I'm not locked out. This application absolutely stinks and so does the customer service
I've had several problems with the app. The Ameriprise team has tried to help but I cannot deposit checks. The app either loses the check images or crashes each time I try.

Information is scant / difficult to find (e.g., takes 9 clicks to see today's gain / loss on individual positions - if one can find it at all
Unable to buy/sell stock on the app. Ameriprise needs to move to 2022. Most financial apps have this capability. I saw a post from someone 3 years ago complaining about this and still not resolved.
Does not support biometric login like all my other financial apps. I don't have time to remember and enter my complicated password.
Clean, easy to use. Love that i can electronically sign documents, contact my advisor, and see my consolidated financial picture with Total View.
App does not enable Bill Pay. I need to use my laptop for Bill Pay...unable to use Bill Pay on my phone.
Being able to watch my money work, On my phone is a lot easier . Also it's less paperwork at the house.
Downloaded the app spent over an hour trying to get it set up it will not recognize the right username and password lock me out
Does not run on Google Pixelbook. Other Android apps do. This goes to a black screen.
App works great, and it's always with me if I need to move money around or check the status on my account.

Uninstalled due to not being able to login using app. Will access account via Web browser since I can login to my account.
Please include the ability to trade stocks and such. Making quick buy and sell decisions would be so much easier on this app instead of the website.

Wish I could send messages or save drafts in the app but has errors making that beyond it it seems 😑
I'm greatly encouraged by the new version released on 28 June 2019, so I'm giving the developers the benefit of the doubt and starting off with a five-star rating. More to come; stay tuned!

Honestly, Ameriprise has a very confusing way of displaying data.* That goes for both the app and the web service. But what inspired me to write this is that I can't take screenshots, and there is no way to disable this policy, without messing with the phones OS. What is the point of that, on your device? *I think it is intended to be confusing to be perfectly honest. If it was simple, why would you need someone to manage everything for you? I think I preferred when I had my money with Ally.
