I was so excited about this app and used it a lot when it came out. Now all of a sudden, it doesn't work anymore and I am bummed. It was really awesome but now says when you click on it that there was an installation error, which I see everyone has this problem.
It's not opening up. It says successfully installed but when we run it, we are getting an error message saying "There is an installation error with this application". I tried rebooting the tablet, and reinstalling the app. This is on an Asus MemoPad ME173X Android version 4.2.2.
I was really excited to use this app because Taylor Swift is like my favorite person in the whole entire world. But anyway I guess that this stopped working for everyone because I read all the reviews so yea basically it says that I didn't pay for it but its free ? So I guess there was just an error in the new version or something. Y'all should fix this!
Unfortunately this version doesn't work either 😭 I should install the older version of this app again 😓
A note says there was a patch fixing issues with opening. I installed, got error, uninstalled, reinstalled, and it still won't open.
I got the app then tried going into it and it wouldn't work at all, please fix then I'll give it five stars.
It Says It Successfully Downloaded, But When I Open It Up It Says, "There Was An Error Downloading." This Us On A Samsung Galaxy S5
Love the video. Wanted to try app. Not the only one that can't open it. Thanks for the false hope and false advertisement. Not that I expect very much from Taylor anyway.......
The app keeps telling me that I may not have purchased it. How would it even be starting the app if I didn't purchase it. I'm so confused I thought the app was FREE! Please fix the app!?

Awesome, n I'm no spring China deep lol, I'm not into a lot of pop but this young woman/performer is excellent and gives young woman a voice. Ty TAYLOR keep it up just wished u didn't pair w/ apple I can only use Google on my device 😢😊
I've downloaded and installed several times but the "Install error" window pops up I select "retry" but it just freezes and my S6 edge+ just goes back tho the launcher. I really wanted to try it out. 😧
Great game .You should download it! I know takes a lot of memory but it's great on your tablet .I like how your in the video and able to find things. Hey I did the new update and now it won't let me play.says theirs an error.Idk but ived uninstall it twice and redownloaded it.I'm starting to not love this game!!! I had this so on my iPod and it was one of my favorite spots, but I downloaded it in my phone and it doesn't work. It says that I didn't purchase it.
I like this app but one day I tried to play it and it said it failed to download because I did not pay for it I've played before it's great!But now it won't work!!
Terrible app they want you to pay for the app.
It won't even let me open the app and I have tried several times I even restarted my phone and nothing seemed to work so right now this my least favorite app ever fix and you can get a 5 star rating.
Tried to install this on Droid Maxx Android 4.4.4 and also Google Fi Nexus 6 running Android 5.1.1 in both cases the download completed, the install completed, but launching the app fails with the error "download failed because you may not have purchased this app." Tried downloading the Amex app and launching it through that, but had the same issue.

App doesn't work after update. I have reinstalled multiple times and still unable to run app after one month. Please update to the previous version. Icon changed from Taylor to cube!
5 stars until it stopped working completely and telling me there was an error in downloading, no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall.
I cant play it because it said I might have not installed the app when I clearly installed it. Fix it and I will rate 5 stars.

Innovative, interesting, fun, and completely unique. Whoever put this app together did an unbelievable job...genius. I love it!
