I have had similar experiences to those who reviewed previously. Activity hasn't updated for over 2 months. Doesn't ask me to log in and I cannot update my notification preferences. I have unregistered, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Extremely annoying to keep getting phone calls with purchases (either online or app purchases). I notified the CU and she told me they haven't been told of the problem. Not a whole lot of confidence they will fix it
Useless. Blocks regular recurring transactions. If you decide to block a recurring debit transaction to skip a monthlt subscription, for example, your card gets deactivated with no warning to you prior. Just an inconvenience. If your account gets fraudulent changes posted just go to the branch and do what you need to do.
I have a galaxy S21 and the App will not work at all. I Uninstaller and reinstalled...still want work!!. I reinstalled and the register code will not go through. When it finally went through, I still wasn't able to do nothing on the app. The alert came as a text message. It doesn't give me the options anymore to accept or not accept transactions or anything!!! Please fix this ASAP . I deleted and Uninstaller the app on my ph because I'm unable to use it AT ALL!! FIX THIS NOW!
It unlinks my card and turns it on. I hate whenever it does this. I turn my card off to protect myself. You guys do this and leave it open, ugh. I am having so many problems with this app. Now, I can not even use it right now. This needs to be fixed bc this is the main card I use. I need to put gas in my car and app crashed again.
I keep trying to set my alert preferences, but it won't save. Everytime I login, I have to hit the buttons again. Very frustrating. My app is up to date, so I don't know what's going on. And why is this not included with the actual banking app? Edit: Now it's telling me I have to register my phone number (which I already have) and it will send me a notification code (which is hasn't) and I can't even get into the app now.
8/2020 Great app to have. 11/27/2020 - I had to reload this app into a new phone. Then I found out that I can never log out. If you're have my phone you can A - Go into the app, Don't have to log in or use a password. B - Look at my credit card see the last 4 digits of the cards. C - Make adjustments to my card. For these reasons I don't like this App., so I will be deleting it.
This app does not notify the user about the transactions it flags. I opened it to check my card and it popped up a notification THEN for something from days ago, which proceeded to not show on the original app, meaning i couldn't clear the charge. I still can't clear it and so until the customer help line is available( i have it on speed dial because of the aforementioned problem) i just can't access my bank. 0/10 if there was an option below 1 star i would use that
The app is too simple and plain. Seems like you would get an alert for all transactions, not only just ones they feel are fraudulent. I was told you can set a charge limit notification, its not happening.
I work for one your customers. I am not able to navigate the app to look at card toggles and transactions aren't updating or falling off once acknowledged.
The old format was working just fine, and now it won't let me do anything on it. It's probably going to come to the point where it will keep locking my card once it reaches maximum limit and I'll have to keep making a phone call. Please fix this.
The app is not working. I can't accept or reject transactions. I can't pull up the menu. Since I live out of state I can't get into a branch. I am going to have to close this account if this continues
Ever since i changed my debit card i haven't been able to use this app. It shows nothing and won't let me enter my phone number.
I loved it the first 3 days while I was traveling. It started asking me to validate my device again and it doesn't send me the text message with the code. Useless!
Terrible. I have never hated a bank or app more. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are terrible. Im closing my account.
Started off great but quit allowing me to approve transactions on my Pixel 6 Pro. App needs updating. May just delete it.
No functioning after activation. Of course I then question the security and programming. I removed this app after several attempts to get it installed right.
This app used to work and now nothing, can't get any notifications or turn my cards off.. please fix
Can't open app to unlock my card so I guess I'm screwed till Monday,,, Will b removing this app... I like the idea I could lock my card because I had problems with false charges on card,,, I'm just glad I wasn't on the road and this happened 😅 🙃
Currently not going to menu on Note9. Useless. Worked fine a few weeks ago.
This app is trash an need to be fix bad how can you manage your card when the app is unresponsive.
App is constantly crashing and will not allow you to approve transactions.
If you want total control over your accounts and how their used or who is getting money out then this is the app for you! I Love this app!

It never works when my card is on it still doesn't allow transactions then it continues to say no linked cards hate the app
Love it ! But when you register your card you must remove the add sign(+) or it will reject your mobile phone number.
Great to have the ability to turn my debit card on and off as needed!
What is the point of this app? I can't acknowledge or reactivate a disabled card.
Useless. Will not go past permission to use mobile number...
Amfirst alerts Is not working on the Samsung galaxy a03
This app is not working on my Samsung Galaxy A20. It provides notifications but the transactions cannot be viewed, as in no info about it at all. The menu will not pull up. It's basically pointless at this juncture. I also had issues w/ the app on my last phone. I noticed a fraudulent payment and immediately called customer service to be sure it was handled. Rather than being of any assistance they told me to reject it on the app, so I did. The payment still went thru. Not cool at all...
