I've been a customer of America's First Credit Union for a very long time and over the years their Customer Service has always been impeccable sure there have been small issues here and there however; they were always resolved in a very timely manner. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

This app is great, I've watched it grow and add features though the years. Maybe transfer some devs to the alert app... That app needs to be pulled from production.

I've been with America's first for about 3 years now and anytime I've ever had an issue they have helped me as quickly and efficiently as possible I have never had anyone be rude to me they're always very cheerful very helpful and my only issue right now is I no longer live in the state of Alabama which is the only place they are located which makes banking very difficult LOL but that's not their fault

This bank is absolutely amazing! I'm new to this one, though I have experienced nothing but good so far! My app is always updated when I check it and I love how easy it is to find what you need. You can do so much with this banking app it's unbelievable! You can easily transfer your money. You can check both your thrive checking and your savings! You can even keep up with your points! 👍

I'm giving it 4 stars because it's simple and does exactly what you need it to do. Show you a balance, deposit a check, make a payment, all while not trying too hard. That's all you need, and I'm sick of banking apps that have 2million useless features that bombard you. Yeah the UI is dated, but I could care less as long as it works this well.

As usual, the new app is a step backwards from what we had. Bill pay is terrible. Instead of inputting date to actually pay the bill, you input date to "process" and the bill is paid a few days later depending on holidays and weekends. Appearance of app is a step back. As most have said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The only reason why I will not put 5 stars is because I regularly have to change my password. It tells me my account is temporarily locked and the only way to log in is to reset my password. This has happened about 4 times since we got the new app. Everything else is wonderful I love the preview of my accounts and being able to log in with fingerprint majority of the time.

I love the new app. I do miss the seniors checking account though. I like having my credit card on the same app showing the transactions. I would like a flag of what credit card transactions are recent and not on a billing statement as of yet. I like the ability to flag what type each transaction is though I would like more transactions types for income like "Pay Check", "Pension", "Social Security", etc... There are also some expense transactions types that could be added or a entered memo.

Overall like the new version of the app, but there are still bugs in the metrics of the different accounts. The balances are correct, but account due dates, payments, etc are incorrect. But the user should have an idea what these metrics are. Update 05-28-20 - All of the metrics have been updated and everything looks good

This is the worst update I have ever had, the app worked fine until this update. It's taken a account off I was transferring into bi weekly, it's not transferring at all to other accounts of main, it's not show correct account amount and not showing all charges to my accounts sucky app. My have to go to the web page instead 👎

It was a near perfect app until you all tried to fix what wasnt broken. The transfer isnt working ive been trying for 3 days to transfer money from one of my accounts to another and its giving me a blank white screen. It was working perfectly. Now its not working at all. I am now overdrawm because i couldnt transfer funds as i needed.

I don't use tons of features, but it has what I need: fingerprint/face unlock, balance check & check deposit. I haven't noticed any bugs, at least none I can recall. It's regularly updated with security updates, which is good.

Updated the app. AMFIRST has upgraded everything. Notices were on app, emails, statements, and website for 2 months prior on the website and the mobile app. If you don't update then it doesn't work. The new app makes mobile deposits easier with less errors. It is quicker also. On first sign in you must validate your device. I did have to return to user name entry page once and hit continue again.

Once I figured out to install the new app I love it. Much more modern and nice. Didn't like changing my password but it's ok! You can't access your account from the old app. You must go to app store and type in Amfirst digital banking. Start over. Put your username and follow the prompts. Boom! Not that hard!

Absolutely horrible. I can no longer log onto my account since this new update. Apparently there wasnt enough testing on this. Everytime i call, its 30 people ahead of me, so i know its not just me. This makes me want to go to a different bank. The one time i sat on the phone the and waited my turn the person couldnt even figure out what was wrong!

No Mobile Deposit ability. Memos don't save. NO MOBILE DEPOSIT- & the app was just updated to an all new version. It's better than it was but I still have to go to the bank to deposit a check. It's 2019- the ability to deposit a mobile check is a must.

Horrible!!!!! I am having to jump through hoops just to try to access my account! I had ZERO issues with this on this app, AND via the webpage, before this update, and now I can NOT access the app at ALL!!! Keeps sending me back and forth, asking questions, and going RIGHT BACK to the install page!!! Fix this so I can go back to working on my account as I did so easily before!!!

I love the ease of viewing my account and how detailed it is and being able to make transactions also. Keeps up with every transaction. and alerts you when there are suspicious transactions and notifies you of any updates. I'm able to quickly access my account at home or on the go.Nothing but positive experiences. Love banking with AmFirst!❤😊

Was forwarded automatically to google play for the new install and have not been able to log on as of yet!! I have an android-s8plus and this is horrible! They should have done more testing before they rolled this app out. Not being able to see my account is upsetting. If it's not broken, why fix it! Sometimes these companies be doing #teamtoomuch!!!

It's great having my bank info at my fingertips! I think the format could use a little tweaking - it's not obvious in the list of transactions if new balance is before or AFTER that debit.
