Can no longer log in since last update, gets frozen on Authenticate page. Looking at other reviews, this seems to have been a problem right from the last update in August 2019. If it couldn't be fixed immediately, AMI should have reverted back to the previous version while they worked on the bugs. Completely useless as it stands right now.
Policy details incorrect despite having it revised from the AMI Contact Centre. Also prior to the revision of the policy, value of the vehicle in the app and reminder email shows a difference of a few hundred dollars. Please improve the app experience and its sync capabilities, especially after revision. Unbelievable, IAG is among the largest insurance companies. Also making a claim or a payment for premium launches web browser instead of staying in the app itself.
Unable to sign in to the app. I click log in and then get stuck on an authenticate titled page which is blank. Have deleted cache and reinstalled the app. Can sign in successfully via the browser. Tried both on WiFi and mobile data
login page is broken, wont allow you to select any input fields, crashes if you force a password manager to fill it, and appears to just be an embedded webpage that's slightly wider than the screen. Update sept 2019: Still broken
I cannot log in it doesnt let me and the app just freezes and crashes, what's so different to andriod from apple never had a problem with it with my iphone. Fix it please as I would like to be able to use the app.
Have had this app for about a month and havent been able to create an online account as it will not load. Have tried with different internet's and even questioned today about it while getting a quote and was told it does work. But it doesn't! Even a friend tried on a different phone and got the same results as myself.
Looks like I'm not the only Samsung Galaxy Note 8 user who has issues with this APP crashing. I can't even open the app! This app was last updated in March. That's 8 months ago. Sort it out AMI!
Terrible app, it just runs a browser which opens their website for heaps of stuff. Buggy and is just a waste of time in general
If I could 0 stars, I would. You cannot log in on the app (it crashes) and most of the options that don't require sign on just open the website. A waste of time.
Wish that once you lodged a claim either online phone or in store you can see the status of it via the app .this would save so much time on the phones. It would be almost like a tracker like you use to the crm system
Unable to log in or register using this app. I wouldn't recommend that until they have fix the bugs. The app is always freezing.
Login page is broken. Takes 20 secs for it to react and finally let me input my login into the email and password page. Same thing happens if I try the mobile version of the website.
The app is unusable. Can't get past the authentication page to login. Update - app updated today 7/7/20 and still can't authenticate. Still rubbish
Was working until update, now wont load on to my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and keeps crashing...save a tree sort out the app or I will be returning to snail mail..🤨
Wast of time can't get all my policy's on the app get a run round when I call to get sorted if you can ever get hold of them i need to have all policy's to be able to give a higher rating if there was a no star rating that would be it
Haven't been able to use yet but why is my address showing something else compared to what's on my actual papers?! It won't let me change u less I pretend that's my current address to type in but I'm not going to do that when it's not any address at all that I know of being a state highway of all things.
The app needs to be better coded. It never allows you to click and type your email address/password no matter how many times.
Login screen freezes. Super buggy app. Save time and just use the website.

Most buggy app I've ever installed, can't even log in. sort your stuff out AMI, your reputation is bad enough because of the Christchurch earthquakes.
Poor. Same as all the reviewers. Gets stuck on Authentication page. Can't go any further. Dont bother downloading.
App has had issues since 2016 and continues to be unusable. Use a Web Browser instead.
Useless won't let you log in after update. Used to be a great app, but they have wrecked it.
Cant get beyond the login "authenticate" page. As soon as i put my email address in, the page resets. Painful.
Broken! Can't log on. Still works on my old phone as I haven't logged out. Come on AMI, sort it out.
Absolute rubbish app. Tried to acess my account to review excess only found a screen to contact AMI during the week day working hours.
Ridiculous. Can't even login, tried downloading it a 2nd time. But same issue. Poor app from a big company
Click to log on and it comes up with a blank screen saying authenticate but doesn't let you do anything
Useless app to me. I can't seem to find how much my premium is on the main screen or when it's due or if it is overdue. When you click payment and go to make one it doesn't auto populate my policy number like the web page does. Please add a user friendly dashboard that shows how much to pay and when. Will review once again if updates are made. Thanks
