Good app when it works, but still a lot of bugs to fix on latest release. The app often gets stuck loading when logging in, and often get error messages when trying to review policy info. Perhaps you need to do more testing before each release, since these should not be common issues on a phone running Android 11.
Horrid app. Tried to make a payment, and it won't allow me to enter 90 cents, it skips the cents so I could pay only amounts that end in .00. Tried to round up, but it won't let me pay more than the amount charged. So will they cancel my policy because I paid 90 cents less? That would stink. Tried to go back and pay the 90 cents separately, but it won't let me. Have to log in every time to use the app, what's the point? Worst app ever.
Much better UI. Great update. Policy details, auto pay, and much more! Only one small issues with slow loading at the startup of the app. It can cause fingerprint to seem like it is not working. Crashed a few times that way. Other than that, great work!
App works great! A very convenient way to pay my bill, see my policies, make a claim etc. Very satisfied with the latest version.
I got Amica Insurance over a year ago and I've been very impressed with it. This app works great and it's easy to pull up my insurance card on it. I also like but they alert me if I miss a payment so that I won't accidentally lose coverage.
What a shame! This app doesn't work anymore! I CAN'T LOG IN!!!! IT gives error! User and pass is correct and work on website but this app is broken! What a shame that an insurance company with millions of dollars can't even have an app to work. I'll leave this company as soon as my contract is up! Shame on you! Can't log in to this app anymore. Gives error!
This app is horrible. Crashes whenever you need it. Really slow when it does work. Not worth downloading. Excellent company, excellent insurance, poor digital experience.
With the money they make off premiums you would think they could afford a proper application for their services. It is 2020 and almost everything is mobile yet getting a new flagship phone will render this app useless. Can't login even after no issues logging in on the website. Clear cache on brand new phone, still no go. Looking at other reviews this is ongoing for many months with no fix yet! For anyone reading this, if you are a new member to Amica, bail now!
App requires biometric data or the app will crash on startup. Happens on s22 ultra.
Amica mobile app doesn't have the capability of setting up payment by credit card. User can only pay by either checking or by savings account. No way to setup autopay by credit card in year 2021!
I am terrible with logins and passwords. This app allows fingerprint login for quick access, maneuvering through app no issues, Amica as a whole is a great company.
The login button just says LOG, and the app does not let me login. It gives the less than useful message Error! Could not login... Wow, this really is as buggy as other people have written.
Cannot install 8.18.2021 update, keeps failing. Otherwise, last version was good. Update: Today's update installed after I did force stop, clear cache and clear data.
Awful App Please try to emulate the performance of other similar apps. Fingerprint log-in doesn't work; Cannot display cards on landscape mode... (Samsung S7)
Pitiful app. Endless wait just to log in and then only to fail. I'm amazed that they claim to have fixed the damn thing. Easier to uninstall the app and go to a browser for business with Amica.
Love, Love, Love this insurance company!! I switched over to them from another company, so as far as starting insurance, I'm not sure how the rates are, but if you already have insurance and are just looking for a cheaper rate, this is the company to get a quote from. They're the cheapest I could find, by a long shot!
So far so good. I just switched to Amica after about 5 years with my other insurance company. Amica seem to be simple, straightforward and rates are reasonable. I agent was also knowledgeable. I will update later if things change.
Doesn't work any more. Asks for fingerprint, then asks for fingerprint again, and again, never logs in. Fingerprint verification works in every single other app I have installed.
Can't login with the most recent version on Android 8.1. No error message but it won't move past the login screen.
I used this app twice to submit claims for my windshield and have received a phone call pre seen anything post in the claims area. I thought the app would be more convenient to the customer be it's not
AMICA Has been the best insurance company for our needs for over 47 years always there for us handling claims being very helpful and making sure that we get the best coverage. Plus we have combined policies to help us save and we get a dividend check every year. Can't say enough about AMICA and that's why they are rated very high in the Insurance industry because they take care of their customers.
Amica has been a great company so far. I hope they continue to provide excellent service and pricing for years to come. The app is simple and user friendly

Easy to navigate. Less than a minute after logging in the very first time, I had made my payment and got my confirmation.
the app wants me to accept chromes services. I don't like chrome. Google has enough of my info. I don't think I need to share my insurance information to them too.
Update 05/28/2019 @18:55 EST. Still needs fix. Payments made through the app were declined. And the menu selection is not displayed correctly.
The latest update made this app literally useless. It is only a link to their website to login, but it won't even let me login without cookies.
After the update my login information isn't saved when opening the app and needs to be input each time (seriously, who wants to remember login credentials?)
Since the last update this app won't even open! Takes me to webpage where it NEVER recognizes my password. Just trying to check my balance is giving me a headache!
It hasn't work for the past 2 weeks. After I login, the app try to open and shows an error message. I uninstalled, reboot the cell phone, re install the application, but the problem persist.
