Amino for Witches & Pagans

It's a great app but not optimised for my device. When I click on someone's post the pictures do not show up. It's no biggie but I would love to see the pictures. Also when scrolling through the posts it lags really bad and I get stuck in one spot for a minute or two while I wait for it to stop lagging. Lastly when you block someone it only stops them from looking at your profile and from sending a private message.. It doesn't stop them from seeing what you say in a public chat.. can this change

I think this app was a super great idea, it's managed fairly and well, and it's such a great way for improving and starting down so many different paths that are pagan and witchy, and comparing results and experiences, and communicating with people like you, and learning about new things and things you never thought possible. It's definitely helped me.

This is a great app to introduce yourself to Wicca and magick as well as interact with the community and share your journey. Especially if you are in an area which isn't strongly linked to magick and has few advertised covens. The user interface is a little confusing, especially if you are a Tumblr or Pinterest user but it's not too convoluted. Sometimes you can feel overwhelmed by the information available and how it is presented.

If anything, would recommend to those who are looking to speak to like minded individuals. The actual app is a bit overcrowded and can take a while to get used to however whether you're just curious or looking to share your experience, it covers all aspects. Another key point - the members have been polite and respectful.

The Android version of the phone is too buggy. It keeps on telling me my phone is not supported or the app is not up to date but it was previously working. I also have a problem with the design, it is getting outdated. The app is good though for when it is working.

So...I just downloaded the app. I found it through Harmony Nice's videos. I explored the app and it was fine, the layout is messy but it's fine. my problem is the guideline that "all posts less than 3 sentences is considered spam". the first thing I ever did on the app is ask 'does green tea have any magickal uses?'. exactly 6 seconds after I was called out for not following the guideline. it is inconvenient in my part because that is all I want to ask and I want the question to be as concise as possible so I kept it short, but apparently its spam. my first impression of this app is aweful but hopefully as I use it more i'd find something good but so far this made me so disappointed.

Very cute app! Everyone is super accommodating and kind on here. They only want to share their craft with others in a way that can aid them in their practice as well! Very fascinating information and is perfect for baby witches!

Finally! A Witch friendly zone, no one's critizing u every flipping day and u can learn actual spells, rituals, ect. LOVE IT! Real witches mostly, those fakers can put themselves in Earth's core for all i care... Best way to learn something practical, really. 😻😸

Very welcoming place for all witches!! Great place for baby witchs to learn and for people who have been in the craft a long time to share their knowlege, projects, etc. The challenges are posted often and are very fun. There is a chat room for every path to connect with like minded people. Everyone on the app is very supporting and kind. The only downside is there are a few bots and scammers like every other social media app. The leaders do try to keep the app safe from them and get rid of them

Great app with lots of info. It is a bit cluttered and it had a little bit of a learning curve to get comfortable with. But great other than the UI and the door slam of information!

This is an absolutely great app and a great place to learn and grow in your craft with like minded people who really do understand you and try to help you along your journey. I have been on here for almost 2 years and i have loved every single day with administration and the other people on the app!!!!

It only became about the popular ones. I had to leave because they would ban/block people and posts, if they felt that it was not important. When I posted a memorial for my familiar/fur baby that had passed that day. They blocked my post and told me to either take it down or change it to be "more fitting" for viewers. ALSO! If you are a newbie then they kinda push you to the side. This USED to be a great app and a lot of people helped me but it went down hill very quickly! DON'T GET.

I don't know if it was this one or the other Amino app this was promoting, it has something in it or someone on it that was trying to break into my phone. I was trying to write a post and all of a sudden my phone started going apeshit. Uninstall both apps, my phone is fine now. That is not cool. Not awesome. Would gave it negative stars if possible.

I absolutely love this, it is extremely helpful for beginners and is nice to have a group of like minded people! If you find yourself going down the magical path then Definitely check this out!

Confusing UI, and you can't do much until you've spent hundreds of hours in app trying to earn so-called rep points. That or you buy the rep. Either way, I wouldn't call this free since there is an ad in your face with every other button click Further, most people are too busy blasting off with a hundred hashtags to ever connect with each other. It's like any other social platform where most people are just looking for followers by any means necessary. SMH ...

I love the app but right now I can't use it because it says my device is either not supported or I need to update the app to the most recent update. I have been using this app for over 6 months and the app is up to date but for some reason I can't use it now. This problem started 11-29-2021. Please fix. And I'll post a better review

what a wonderful experience I've had since I've downloaded this app. It's so informative it allows you to basically have the best social media platform for magical learning and expression of ideas that I have ever seen. Please you will not regret giving this a chance.

I really like this app it's very good for web weaving and meaning of other members of the community. As someone looking to learn, grow, and expand weather you're new or experience this app has many people who can help you along your path and to better understand things you may not.

it's amazing!! there's such a wonderful community of people to chat to and learn from, blogs can be super informative and fun to read and you get to interact with the pagan community, which is great because I don't have many witchy things near me!! I really love it, great app.

Very streamlined app, easy to navigate, users quite active! The app will unfortunately no longer be updated, so it remains to be seen if the functionality of this app translates to using the main Amino app for witchcraft related topics. Excellent resource for beginners!

My experience was only a few days before I decided to delete the app because my post kept getting reported for no reason at all. Plus you have to have a certain amount of time on there to be able to do certain things which is completely dumb. It isn't a caring community at all. Which I came looking for. Plus do not rant on there it will get reported anyways. I blocked a few people and they still had some weird thing even after blocking them they shouldn't be able to message me honestly.

Some of the features are not easily found (ex. Search function) but otherwise a fairly easy to navigate app.

There is so much information available through this app and the community seems warm and inviting. My only negative is there is just sooo much going on it is hard to navigate as a beginner - there is helpful guides to help with this though.

A really open community and it helps you understand what's happening and what path you would like to take if you're new. Along with many other things for advanced witches and the like! I really love it and it even gives advice on how help keep your practices secret! If you're looking for a community on Paganism/Witchcraft/Wicca this is the place for you! Blessed be

The app keeps telling me i need to update the app or my device is not compatible and that hasnt been the case for years until now. So please fix this problem.

This app has been amazing! I've had some pretty awesome conversations with like minded people on this app that are Pagan, Wiccan, and yes even Witches 🌖🌑🌘 There is so much info availible in many forms like blogs, videos, ect... honestly anything you can think of. I love this app!

Has a lot of potential, but way too many guidelines and rules. Particularly the one about posting "off topic" pics or subject matter. Just a tad bit too dogmatic for my liking.
