the app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Their teller lines are unbearably slow.
I absolutely LOVE the new app. It is so convenient to have everything accessible on one screen. I can look at all my accounts, and even accounts I am listed under. The best part of the app is the SNAPSHOT feature. I dont even have to login to see how much money I have. I can just tap the app and it will pop up. It even shows your last 5 transactions too. BEST UPDATE EVER.
The new update really did a lot for the app. I like the fact that my finger print actually works now. I also like that I don't even need to log in to see what's in my checking. The last one would show me all of my accounts when I log in. I like opening it and not seeing what's in my savings. Makes it easier to manage money. Plus the ability to put in checks through the app makes things a lot easier even though it's not instant. There can always be improvements though.
it's a rather convenient app for banking in my personal experience
Absolutely terrible app. Has a tendency to randomly change your info or stop permitting certain actions such as fingerprint sign-ins or your membership number. Sometimes even requires you to physically go into the building to update anything they have changed on the backend. Hope you don't forget your password, either, because resetting it will require you to manually page back every single individual month until you reach your birthday.
This new update is MUCH more user friendly. I did have to uninstall it and reinstall to get it to update so may want to patch that but once I got that out of the way holy hell this is nice. definitely has a professional feel and not like some college kids project. Navigation is easy and the Snap Shot feature is gold. Thanks for the great update!
New app is AMAZING compared to the old one. As with all things there are ways to improve, but this is super user friendly and smooth compared to the old clunky version. The email helping me create a new account was great and made this process easy for me, despite traveling through another country at the moment.
There was no warning before the new app was rolled out other than loosing the ability to access my old account and then I had to have someone at a branch get me a temp username and password to get online with the app. A lot could have been done to make this a seamless integration to the new app.
the app had a bad start. and there was a whole season when it was unusable. but now its easy for me to check recent charges, add checks, and make transfers instantly. great app, wonderful improvement
Would put zero stars if i could. I accidentally overdrafted one single time, at which point i emailed the customer support asking if i had to do anything, they said no im fine, i can go up to 300 negative. They never mentioned its 30 bucks a pop for every transaction. I rack up 180 bucks of fees thanks to a stupid person in email support who assumed i knew about the fee system. After i paid off the 180, i asked if i could get some forgiveness for it being my first and only time. Not a chance.
Everyone needs to take a second to look at their Email Accounts. Amoco should have sent you your username and password and instructions that you NEED TO FIRST LOG IN ON THEIR NEW WEBSITE with the login info they created for you, THEN CREATE YOUR OWN username and password, along with a few extra steps, to then be able to log into their new Mobile App. So far I'm liking the app and how smooth it is compared to the old version. Definitely a step in the right direction as far as I'm concerned.
I'm having trouble with opening this app! I will re-install and hopefully it will be better.
Easy, user-friendly, and all-around great app!
Instead of a dropdown menu for birthdate, you get a calendar for this month. Simply scroll back through however many months you've been alive and select birthday. For me, over 660 clicks. If registering is this amateurish, I won't trust my financial data to it.
Nothing works beyond the basic look ay stuff. I can not link an external account in a reasonable amount of time. Its an abomination of an app. I am going to guess long term members paid a great deal for this junk.
This is what I have to see you and even more than that I think I'm going to be a long time happy with the performance of this app
friendly service, lower cost to use than any bank.
love this new update. Once you've set up your account it feels very streamlined. Can log in with one tap. Long overdue update. for negative reviewers: you should write down your passwords as you create them. makes updating a whole lot easier in the future.
It's great when it's working
The new app is very user friendly. I love being able to use the snapshot to see how is in my accounts without having to login fully. Best update yet.
The app is stuck in landscape mode. The keypad is invisible so you cant put in a pin. always have to use the password
no username/password recovery option on website or app. Have to call if you forget or get locked out. Would be nice to have one like any just about every other website across the internet.
The app is broken. I updated it and now it doesn't work. Keep getting error message. Haven't had any issues til I just did this. Its upsetting.
Well, I have go back on my original review. I don't know what or why but the next day, when I went to log on, I had a new AMOCO icon. When I tapped on, I was where I needed to be. I deleted old icon, on my devices & after some familiarization w/ new site, all ok.
Right now I can not give a good rating. I uninstalled the old app and now I can not install the new. Very frustrating. I am able to go online with the new version. I love that I can see all accounts at once. Hopefully I can get the app to work.
I like everything about this app from being able to check my account instantly, deposit my check especially when I'm far from home, and I can easily transfer my money. only thing I don't like is when you forget your password they ask for your birthday but you can't jus type it in you actually have to click the arrows all the way to the year you was born, instead of being able to type it in
