Amplify Bible
This Bible was published in 1965 as a revision of the American Standard Version of 1901.
The text is amplified using a system of parenthesis, brackets and italics containing clarifying words and comments, to make easier the reading and understanding of the Holy Bible.
Through amplification, the Bible reader can better understand the meaning of the original texts written in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. The amplifications describe and explain concepts that are often missed by the readers.

Very Poor app, hard to use doesn't close properly. Have a lot of ads . I rather have a paid version or another app.

It's so easy to use and has all the tools you need to enhance your time studying God's word.
This isn't amplified.. At least have a little dignity to tell the truth.. One person said he was misled into downloading it.. And I looked at other "nice comments" thinking he was wrong.. I am totally irritated and disappointed.. Your word isn't your word.. Terrible people.. Or don't you know what Bible is called amplified?
Reading and being reminded of it really held our faith this is an awesome way to share the word.

The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is cause it doesnt do Book- chapter- verse & I cant highlight where I was & may need to return to other than that, I have a better understanding of the Bible by reading this.
I love this app. The reading is easy to understand and recieve. I read a daily devotional and then follow the chosen scripture through reading this bible. It's very handy to have it with me at all times. Several people that know me have downloaded it because they've read my app. Rate it as a five star!

A whole new dimension to reading the word opened up for me. I was never in favour of informal versions, but this crossed my path during a very needy time and I treasure it. Also the AMPLIFIED Bible - precious.
I feel I was misled. I wanted an Amplified Version. This is KJV. I already have that. Disappointed.
The bible itself is made simple to understand, however I dnt lyk the adds tht are showing at the bottom of the screen.

This version of the Bible breaks it down more where you can understand it. I like to read the king james parallel with amplified it helps me to understand God's Word.
