It apparently updated and I have auto update enabled for it and I tried Uninstalling it and then reinstalled it but every time I open it it tells me to update it. So I can't even get to the login screen because it won't let me without updating even though according to the app store it has updated and is fine.
Forces app to stay on in background, if I don't give it the required permission it keeps pop upnotifications untill you give it access. takes long to load, and when I do need a quick look at protocols if there is an update it won't let me access the app until after update
Constantly shutting down, logs me out after attempting to submit "due to inactivity" even though actively entering information, pics of certs come out sideways, no way to edit effectively. Horrible and frustrating!
AHA no longer issues cards, they send an ecard that you can download or screenshot. AMR Connect only gives you the option to take a photo, so you will have to print your cards and then take a photo, which leads to poor quality documents. Please add the ability to upload documents/screenshots!
It could use a couple bug fixes, but good overall.
2 stars because it does have local protocols. Can't login and no technical support..... Dropping it to 1 stars after the update. Now can't even see protocols.
Update unavailable. When you try to update this app it goes directly to open app, no update available. So the update for the app to get rid of bugs has a bug that won't allow the app to update!
Latest update bricked the app. It continually crashes when you try to open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change.
this app will not open. When I click on open app, and immediately says that it cannot open. I never even get to the login screen to enter a username and password. I still have never been able to open it.
Like that protocols are easy to access, but very annoying that you always have to sign on and use 2 factors autoritization to do other work stuff
App was working fine 2 days ago now it won't let me get past the "update " screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work!
Update with all that it says is not what this app delivers. No protocols, no cme, no forms. They should have waited to go live with it until it was ready and content actually there.
App crashes. Attempting to log in and the app force closes. Installed update 6.23.01 and hasn't worked since.
Can't Reset Password. I request Password Reset and I answer the questions and its says, sent a link to your Email Address. I have looked at All me Email Accounts and Still No Mail link. I've been trying this for the past 4 days.
I didn't think any app could be worse than Logis... Until now. Can't upload my certs. "An error has occurred."
Terrible. No trouble shooting help. Can't login or get ahold of anyone to figure out what is going wrong.
Unable to add certifications. Says add valid images when there is a image uploaded. Stopped working since last update.
Once installed you can only view the protocols in the app. Once you try to actually download the pdf it will not open.
Shouldn't be required to have an app on my phone to work at any company.

The app said it had an update..... I did the update and tried to open the app but it continued to go back to the update page. Cannot open app at all

Can't even log in. Long load times and app crashes.
Won't let me upload anything and has cost me money by not being able to work until tech support can fix it. (Has been 3 weeks) cant upload hardly anything without a message that says "An Error Occurred" or when I get far enough and I hit upload document it just logs me out. Tech support is non existent and the features are just trash. This app is a joke.
