Was able to see the standard info about restaraunts, maps, weather, but was never able to use chat, voip calling or room number calling from my phone. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared system cache, restarted phone, didn't help. When I called front desk from room phone, I was told it was my phone and to come down and they would look at it.
Installed the app for use at Secrets Puerto Vallarta and it was useful but I didn't try all the features. The app was used primarily for checking dinner menus, restaurant hours and dress codes. I didn't try calling or texting back to the continental US or Canada. I couldn't check Now Amber information even though the resorts are side by side. The WiFi network provided at the resort was included with my stay and decent for my uses. I didn't stream videos but I saw some guests doing so
App is junk. Only shows small map of resort, can't zoom in to read it. In my room keeps telling me I'm not on site so I can't see hours & menus for dinning or activities going on. Got it to work once, but once I walked outside it un-registered me & haven't gotten it to work again. Don't install this app.
fine for map, otherwise chat and call functions do not work. everyone in our party of 6 tried and couldnt connect via the app. worthless. only good for the property map and basic resort info. what a shame. should be much better.
I stayed at the Dreams in Panama and it is not even an option of one of their resorts. I used the app when in Costa Rica and it worked okay for the most part. They just need to update the information more often.
Awful crapware. The only thing that works is downloading of the app itself. Everything else is a terrible experience. Could never get registered as it never recognized my into. Resort staff were of no help. Don't count on this app for anything.
Even after checking no mistake on name spelling at reception desk still couldn't register phone to access menus. Equally ridiculous is that you can ONLY see resort you are staying in (& only while staying) - so when in Breathless MBJ can't see what's going on in Secrets next door to which you have full physical access! Can now see restaurant menus for Secrets resorts next door (where they exist) but daily event schedules are still confined to resort you are staying in.
App wouldn't open and it was useless. Pretty frustrating since there aren't printed options. You're left to wander around and try and figure stuff out.
App didn't work the whole week. Got an error message when trying to register my phone so i could make calls. IT at St James Secrets kept saying it was updating and would work in 24hrs. It didn't work last year in DR either.
App would never completely open. Makes it difficult because I couldn't access restaurant hours, menus, activities schedules etc Worthless app.
Was never able to use it. The hours on the app are not updated. Cannot open it now at all. Useless. Says its available on the network only.
Irs absolutely awful! Being at my 2nd AM resort now, I figured I would try to download this app again. Once again it has trouble loading and crashes all the time. I will not be redownloading it again.
Breathless Punta Cana did not appear as property option, preventing me from registering. Can only access Breathless resorts in Mexico and Jamaica.
Have recently tried this app at Secrets Playa Mujeres and now at Dreams Curacao and app has No functionality. We've used this app in the past and it worked fine.
At the resort right now, on their WiFi right now, and the app never opens. And no one at the resort knows why
Don't use this app! If you search AM Resorts there is another app made by the company "Stay App" it actually works and connects to all AM resorts
Not only does the app not work, but neither does the "crave" pad OR the phone in our room. Boy are y'all not ready for primetime.
As others have said, the app does not even work. It just sits on a title screen indefinitely.
The schedule is never correct. Doesn't give enough info on what restaurants are open and times/days.
could not register my device using the correct name at breathless punta cana. defeats the purpose as i want to check out the activity
Never started. Just shows the initial splash screen. Never funishes loading or starting.
Was unable to register my phone as the app insisted I was not in the resort. I'm on my balcony!

Downloaded and it will not function. Poor, as it doesn't work like the prior versions.
App doesn't work even though it is in the pamphlet at the resort in February 2022.
The idea is convenient, but the fact that it's frequently wrong on start times of activities makes the whole thing moot. This needs to be fixed for the app to be useful at all, and I would also suggest adding menus for the different restaurants instead of just the opening times. Also, more specific meeting point descriptions for some activities is needed. The "pool area" is too broad a description when what you actually mean is "snorkel stand" which is actually not in the pool area.
