Is there a way to get the app to run in portrait mode on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9? It is forcing me to go landscape mode and I can't navigate selecting tools because of it.

Needs improvement, I think this app could be way easier and better to use. I prefer using the website instead. Only reason I haven't uninstalled is because the SSD app is only available here. Hoping they make it easier and better to use so I can do mostly everything on this app.

I HATE how slow it runs. If i am to use this properly to show what Amway is about, then why the HELL would you let it run so buggy? It's like a 60 sec or more wait before the main page AFTER your log in boots up. Quite frankly I would rather work off the desk top site over this ridiculous app.

The app is usually wonderful, but it only shows in landscape on Huawei p20 which is annoying. Graphics and text are all out of place.

I immediately encountered the issue with the back button, mentioned by others. That single bug makes navigation so frustrating, it's a complete deal-breaker/show-stopper. This should be a simple fix. Get somebody on it, and get it fixed. BTW, I also have a Samsung Galaxy S8+, and I'm not forced into landscape mode, as another user mentioned. In fact, the app won't rotate to landscape for me.

Not sure what to think...... I installed the app and tried to sign in... even changed my password several times but it still won't let me sign in. Gave it a few hours and still wouldn't let me. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and still nothing, but when k go directly on the website both my username and password work completely fine...

PLEASE fix the back button issue!! EVERYTIME I am looking at more products to buy, I press the back button on my phone, and it automatically closes the app and takes me to my home screen. This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!!! Also, the app looks like a concept design. Amway is a multibillion dollar company and can afford to give it the proper facelift. ESPECIALLY, since the millenials are the future generation of leaders. Fix these two concerns and I will give 5*

Not very user friendly. I also am frustrated with the fact that when I use the back button, it takes me completely out of the app and restarts it. Could definitely use some revamping.

This is an alright app but from this company and with it's supposed support for millennials and the changing demographics, it is unsatisfactory that a multibillion dollar company does not have a 5 star app.
