Overall the app works great. If I could change one thing, it would be to stop listing discontinued items, or at least default them to the end of the list. For example, if I open the page of XS drinks and filter out the pallets, the first listings show discontinued. But they aren't really discontinued, they just have new item numbers. It looks sloppy. If I want to show someone our products, I don't want the first things they see to be "discontinued."

This app is slow, it crashes, and why do I have to tap "Get Started" everytime i want to log in? And then i get to watch three dots dance on the screen for a minute or more before there is a 50/50 chance it will crash. I like the fetures in the app when its having a good day. This is a character building app for sure. Edit Jan 2021: the updates have made this app loads more user-friendly and stable. Keep up the good work 👍.

products are very hard to find. the way it separates the catagories makes you have to back out and try another catagory, very annoying to find anything. I really hate all the products that are no longer available, if you don't sell something don't have it there at all. they would be better off with one long list and if the customer wants they can filter using a catagory.

I like the design of the app, the PV page on the home screen as well as the ability to log into the app using your finger print. But there are a lot of issues ive been having with the app. the LOS will not load, and when you go to shop, it just takes you to the website where you have to log in again. It also runs pretty slow as well.

Still no change to my previous problems. - The app will freeze on the red screen when trying to access it and it requires me to completely close the app and relaunch it for it to get to the login page. Also, I cannot scroll down in the LOS page. It is stuck at the top. This makes it impossible to see my LOS pv numbers without logging into my computer. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9Note. It also affects my wife's Samsung Galaxy S9.

Everything works great and functions fluently except for two main issues. Just like the previous app my back button takes me out of the shopping screen back to the main menu. But i dont even see a back button in app so for example if I click for an description and then went to go back to our shopping I have to start over essentially. My other issue is the fact that while looking at the items even while checking out I see no acknowledgement of PV or BV.

The only problem with the original app is still present in this app. Please, make it so my phone's back button will take me back a single page when shopping! In the original app, the phone's back button closed the app, and in this new app, the phone's back button takes you all the way back to the business center screen. If I'm looking at a product and I want to go back to the results list from a search, my phone's built in back button (the triangle/arrow on some) is much more convenient than the app's button. Fix it please!

I cannot login. We have created an Amway ID, but when I go to login, this error message pops up: "The app is unable to respond. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue." I've been getting this error message for the last couple of weeks...ever since we were told to install it since the old app will be disabled at the start of the new year. Please fix, especially since we won't be able to use the old one much longer. Thanks!

App worked great when I first installed it May 2020. But since end of Dect 2020 cannot go to Shop. Spoke with Customer Service who suggested update the app - only there is no Update button available. Reported this issue twice through the app in the last 2 weeks have not received a response. I used this app many times to show new customers but now it is not useful at all. As an IBO it is disappointing to lose the previous functionality I had of checking my business and go to shopping.

Never works. I open the app and it just stays on the Amway Business Center main screen. No matter how long I keep the screen on it never loads into the usable part of the app unless I uninstall and reinstall. Please fix this. I don't order because it's too much of a hassle.

The app is great except that I would much like to be able to view it in both portrait and landscape modes. It is very inconvenient navigating on my tablet with the external keyboard. I hope this issue can be addressed and rectified soon.

Needs Improvements...I,d rather log in to my account through the browser then use the app. 1. Business tools-when I open this it get stuck and I cannot scroll through items on my screen. 2. When I shop and search for a product I cannot scroll through the products screen appears to be stuck however the buttons all work. 3. I don't see a way to see my orders or the orders of my customers that already took place. 4. I can access partner stores. 5. Other minor bugs...

I am overall pleased, however I am unable to use the switch, share, duplicate feature. It wont load, just a blank white page. Note 9 user. hopefuly this can be fixed. will update review if it is. Issue was resolved in an update.

haven't had the common login issues. I do find the backspace bug in the shop irritating, but it's a minor enough bug to only warrant a drop of one star. Really happy with the capability of the app and excited to see the upcoming updates!

(using a Samsung galaxy s8+) the app is great, user friendly. I was having an issue login in but i just needed to use my email. The previous one was good but this one is great and it looks extremely professional. I didnt care about the back button from the previous one and still dont but one of the things i love is that i can use fingerprint ID to login

This app used to work great on my android but the last few month it has not been working at all. I mean I can log in and see the main page but if I want to shop or look at my DITTO it just goes blank. So frustrating and this app needs to be fixed so IBO's can utilize it quickly and efficiently

Good app that is easy to navigate. However I wish I didn't have to sign into my Amway account after signing into the app. Should be seamless for switching. Switch share duplicate having problems downloading as well.

Won't open half the time, have problems signing up customers, the search is insane and brings up WAY too many things that have nothing to do with what I typed in. Often have to go to the browser.

Every time I put my ID and password, it says it's invalid. I even set up my Finger print and I can't long in that was either. But when I go to the internet browser I log in just fine. Please fix it. I love using the app

Awesome app! They really did a good job allowing you to customize views. It's laid out very nicely to see your groups, MUCH better than the previous app! USE EMAIL to register and login, NOT YOUR AMWAY ID.

Love the app! (When it's working...) I tried to update the app but it said it couldn't be updated. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it still didn't update and says there's an error and can't update. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Android Galaxy S9+.

I have been using the app for a while now but today I tries to open the app and it said to update it. Which I did. But it is giving an error message that "this device does not meet the minimum security requirement for this application". Why is that. It is the same phone that was working fine with the app before. Hi, I'm not able to login even with valid credentials. please look into this issue on high priority. I'm using Android One mobile with Pie OS. Update : I'm able to login, thank you for bringing all the apps and categories in one app. I could see in Shop, same old mobile view of the products. is this is the final or any major changes coming to give better app shopping experience ? It used to work for me it just gives me the red business center page and stays there. I know it's a great tool, so I give it five stars but maybe it's because I am running my phone on the android 12 beta that it's not working properly. I hope that they can optimize it soon

Log in does not function. Do NOT discontinue the old app until this one has become functional. Jan 2 update: still does not work and the old app no longer allows usage. This eliminates all mobile access to my business.

Everything works except for when I click on shop. It goes to a blank page... I have to open amway on the browser to update my ditto every month. I've tried deleting and downloading the app.

App started lagging between pages. Often stalls and then I have to restart. App steals and locks up after I try share links. When I go back to share more links I have to start all over again.. Time waster.

Does not work very well on Android. AmCart, Shop and other sub apps do not open in the app and requires you to login through a web browser again instead of using the okta sso pass-through. Doesn't seem to work at all with firefox.

Presently I do not have a favorable review of this app. I try to log in, using the same credentials any other time and the app keeps coming back saying my information is in correct. I will continue to use the website to access my information but I would like to be able to use the app as well. Please look in to the log in issue.
