There is a ton of helpful resources in the app, but just in the few minutes I spent trying to look through the videos, many failed to load, some would not buffer, while a few others did actually play. The app still seems to be buggy. I am on a Galaxy S9+. Please fix these issues, so I can be a better informed IBO :)
I own a Samsung S7 edge. The app works great and is an incredible tool for growing the business. The only problem is that the only way for me to access the app is through the Google PlayStore. The app does not show up installed in my app library anywhere. I even have other tools apps from Amway but this is the only one which I must access through the store everytime I would like to access the app.
Has become non fuctioning for Android phone. All Amway keeps saying is to call 80p number. That is not helpful at all. Fix this urgently please. This has been an ongoing. App needa to work woth both apple and android phones.. Update: old version was not working. New one is a lot better despite still having delays.
Newest version will not open on my Pixel 2, app used to work great. I get the white Amway logo screen for a moment and then the app closes. Something they are doing at startup is crashing it. Will update my review once this is resolved.
I have been trying to login to the resource center app but unfortunately it shuts down and kicks me out of it when its about to enter the app after login. I have a Samsung s7 which might have something to do with it but I hope Amway can fix this issue soon so that I can use my IBO app.
Love the app, but I keep getting error code 605, unexpected error. Then app closes itself. **update: I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and it logs in fine now. No idea what cause it to do that.**
the main idea is there, just needs to actually work. content is trying to load but never shows anything. would be embarrassing to have a prospect waiting for the app to work. I will keep an eye if this app gets better in the future.
Hi! I was using this app normally but, I don't know what happened cause one day this app dont function as a regular. So I remove this app to download again and I can't download. When it's almos fully download a window is open telling mw that this app cannot download for some reason. What can I do for have this app in my phone? I need your help. I need it because this app is part of my job.
So i havent been able to log in for about a month know. I go to open the app and i get and error and authentication failed. It just wont let me in at all.
I have a Google Pixel XL and the app is super slow just to open as well to open any tabs. Can't work with app
I've updates to the latest version and am still getting the message 'The app is currently unable to respond'. (Samsung s8) I'd really like to use this app!
Doesn't work. Can't login and keeps saying the app is not responding. Been like this for months on all my ibos phones.
I downloaded videos and they don't show on my downloads. It's worse than before. NOTHING WORKS IS A WASTE OF TIME.
I have this and the other Amway business app and neither one will let me log in. I know others were having the same problem. hopefully they'll get it fixed soon 🙂
Had trouble with creating my ID then with logging in. Once logged in as an IBO, upon checking out, I was asked if I was associated with an IBO as if I was a customer not an IBO. This new app and the new Amway ID is a pain.
I recently migrated to Canada from India and I wanna purchase some products but this app doesn't work, I am unable to login and do something.
The app works well, it's just that it is not working now and is giving me an error message, it's not giving me the option to log in.
Has stopped working since last update. Just loads Amway logo then turns white and doesn't load anything else.
☹️ Says it's been removed from the app store! Looking forward to the Amway apps in the future.

This app doesnt work proper on my Galaxy S9+. I can download anything and it will show that the download os complete. You can view it in the downloads but when you attempt to open it theres just a blank screen. The app has to be shut down and opened several times and then it will eventually display the downloaded material. There should also be a way to share information with a customer like compress large files as a zip file so it can be emailed for easy access The idea of the app is great
