Same experience as others. Can't get past the verification screen because the entire page won't display, never letting you actually get to the verification "send" button. Really lazy and stupid that this still isn't fixed!! You guys must not care about your customers!!
Just downloaded the app and I've attempted to sign in 3 times and it tells me "for reasons of security we need you to login again" It just keeps kicking me out! No wonder you have such a low ratings! You guys really need to invest in your "app" I was considering giving you guys more of business but not after this frustrating situation.
The app and website really need to be redone. The UI experience in both versions is not user friendly at all. This alone has me considering looking elsewhere for my needs and business.
This app will not work on my phone. I keep getting stuck on verification screen because not all of it will display on my phone screen and the cursor to scroll down doesn't show up.
doesnt let me log in at times...also wish it had similiar features as geico for gps location tracking for roadside assistance help.. beginning to wonder if i should trust this app reliabilitywise when something happens incident wise
App crashes before you can even open it all the way. I've never been able to sign in because it crashes
Doesn't work any longer. Crashes every time I open it. I've even Uninstalled and reinstalled it. S21 Ultra with latest Android OS
Couldn't even get past the start up screen, the app just crashed everytime.
I've tried with no avail to log in..nothing..had to Google for a quick link and was able to log in. If this is the case, why have an app? Please correct the issue.
I really like this app. Makes it so much easier to access my sccount & pay premiums. I highly recomment to anyone who has an account with Am Nat.
Please update the proof of insurance to make it look more like a real card, instead of something that I typed, and took a picture of. If I were a cop I wouldn't accept it eather. If you get a chance look at Allstate's app, now that is professional.
Terrible company they raised premium 480% in a couple years and make cancelation difficult
There is no finger print login option plus it wont remember login name or passwords. Other wise its a good app...
Doesn't work when you need it and can't screen shot when it does work.
Works great signed up on computer and have had no problems logging in with the app
Won't let you screenshot or download your card. App crashes when trying to fill in info to submit a claim.
Can't even go on the first step .With all the money I pay and the for them to be so polite this is so unprofessional for this type of no sense.And still sent me the wrong information.Maybe looking into a different insurance real soon.

Worst excuse for an app that I've ever been forced to use. Going back to Geico due to this app. American National's payment system is a joke.
Very easy to navigate to find the information needed.
Try to log in and it asks for a verification code it sends it to email i check email for the code and go back to entet the code and it asks for my email and password agsin it wont let me enter the code.
Having the same problem as others who had made reviews. Can't get a verifaction code to log in.

I can't get in it at all. If I'm quick with signing in I can do the verification code then it logs me out.
