I’m Ana, C3’s Employee Assistant and a chatbot in your mobile device, ready to help whenever you need!
I’m here to help you get prepped for your first day and I can be a really handy guide that’s available whenever you need (psst, I’m also super friendly!). I’ve been designed to assist new and current C3-ers and I work great on all mobile devices. All you need to do is go through a one-time secure authentication using login details that will be provided to you in an email I’ll send to you when you’ve joined the company. Easy peasy, right?

I’ll introduce you to C3 and fill you in on what being a FAN is all about. You’ll learn more about the Senior Management Team, C3’s mission and values and you can see what C3 has been up to on Social Media… All in the same place!

I’m a clever bot and am able answer over 100 questions relating to your benefits and entitlement. I want you to be in the know about the perks associated with being a FAN (here’s a secret: all your questions are private and secure, they’re just between you and I). A big part of my job is making sure you’re all set before your first day and to help clarify anything you’re unsure of. If there’s anything you need to know, just open up the app and start chatting!

I can help you figure out the best route to get to work! Using your home address you used to apply for, your designated working location and my amazing navigational skills, I can show you the best way to travel, whether it be by car, public transport, or even walking.

What’s great for all new and current FANs is that I can provide you with all your important contacts in one place! If you need anything from Human Resources or you’re trying to get in contact with your trainer or supervisor, I’m here to help.
