You have become such a bad network there is coverage but sound choppy and unclear and in more than one place, as for the application that no longer allow communication with the service agents. Now I have to charge the balance in order to contact the voice service which is even worse than the application. Even the offers and gifts that I was happy with,but for some of it I should have an internet or flex subscription in order to benefit from it. The prices of the subscriptions became very high
Recently, app is full of bugs. Im not able to pay the bill or recharge for other since app is refusing any transcation with any card and is saying (seomthing went wrong, connection lost) My conenction is working fine! Also, app sometimes does not reflect the correct flex/internet.... App was good however now, it is becoming useless!!
Very bad App. there is a bug when I try to login through mobile data. If I connect through WiFi App. run. Very very bad App and customer service can't resolve this issue One star 🌟 is more to this App.
I cannot recharge and renew the ADSL bundle using the app, paying with my credit card. Its lagging and shows what means that there is a previous transaction have been done and that I can't do another one!!! Edit: I tried once more, it worked and I changed my rating. Thank you Vodafone and keep it up!
So many bugs, not stable and getting stuck and freeze most of the time, white list service can't be managed through the app, wrong info regarding the data balance and the credit balance.. overall max 2 out of 10 not even
I hope charging Vodafone Cash directly from the credit cards, will be available same as charging mobile balance Update: Thank you for enabling this feature ( Card to Wallet )! Update : Unstable after the last updating, and asking for login again and again when I connect and disconnect to the same Wi-fi network!!! Update: the application has problem of completing its last updating
I CAN'T RECHARGE MY BALANCE WITH DEBIT. I know my card has no problem yet you always give me the error message. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still doesn't work. And I'm sick of your bots that you have everywhere. I can't reach a human being to help me. The app is unusable.
8 don't use Vodafone data, yet I'm forced to switch internet source everytime i need to use the app that's lame + app glitches on debit/credit cards loading errors & unclear errors when it comes to voda cash service, Otherwise it's fine.
A useless app. Why does't a tech company like Vodafone invest in a decent piece of software at least to cover up for the bad network coverage in many areas. It's so useless to the extent that you cannot use it to recharge your account because the app refuses to find your accout, i.e. the app does nothing after you open it. If only there was a 0 star rating
An interesting app with good features, but quite laggy and very unstable sometimes. Network coverage is also quite frustrating.
I tried to charge my phone from the app but after each try the app deduct the amount from my debit card and after loading the app shows an error, I tried to charge 4 times and each try dedudct the amount, Now I charged with 457 L.E deducted from my card and vodafone told me that we didn't got those amounts and the bank told me that those amounts deducted from your card that's mean Vodafone request this amounts !!!!
worst app ever it doesn't even recognise my number, I don't think I need to add any extra details but I'll be generous and tell you about the Vodafone cash tab too. Vodafone being a multi international company is so cheap they didn't develop a stand alone app for cash services which is a joke on it's own but you'll definitely have a bad experience with that too with the provoking error message "oops, something went wrong" so you can neither use the service nor know why it isn't working.
I love the app for how easy it is, and how it's getting every function you need in it's place. But, it's a big issue to restrict the app's access on mobile data. You gotta change this.
nothing works, i cant choose a package for my phone nor my Vodafone wirless usb without it asking for credit, even though it has already alot of credit charged. i have to always call the call centwr which is ridiculously difficult after they added the Auto response Ai which cant be reasoned with.
The application is very slow..and most of the time it stops...and also lacks many features such as knowing the amounts due...and also the name of the line registered with the company...learn from My Etisalat.
Frustrated Regularly . Most days it wouldnt even let me login without resetting my password. The other days it just wouldn't let me in even if I have to register and have to wait a few days to try again. Vodafone should allow a better way to check your credit in English than going on this app.
Using this faulty app to recharge using a credit card, i received a message notification from the bank confirming that 59 pounds were deducted for vodafone but strangely vodafone customer services denies that money transfer. So far i am struggling to get my money back because of a faulty app. My advice do not use this app for recharging
This is has a very ambiguous interface, they call 4g Sim card a "USB" and the reflection of balance is too slow, a lot of buttons don't respond at all not even an error message
They keep taking my credit while the data is off and i barely make calls and when i call 888 they dont let you reach an advisor and end up taking more money from my credit such a bad service Vodafone provides
Extremely bad app. Shame on vodafone to have such unstable and lousy app. Very weak chatbot . Message "oops something went wrong" is a very frequent message on the app. Full of bugs

Not showing the remaining flexes or my subscription info, I had to call the customer service and it solved nothing but wasting my time and money. Also the USSD codes (quick codes) for subscription info didn't work
The app can't tell me how much credits I have as I am on flex and there is no any way to contact support from the app The offers need to be more informative and the 365 offers doesn't work on the app
The app freezes with the error message displayed whenever I try to recharge my balance. My card works fine for everything else so it's not the reason. Even after I succeed to recharge my balance by other means, can never renew my bundle despite having enough balance. Texting with Customer Service is a joke. They did not help one bit and their responses were not professional.
