Took me 15 mins to work out how to cancel this app! Its like they DELIBERATELY made it unintuitve and complicated so you cannot cancel easily!! Told to use a link to go to a website but cancel button was not even there as stated. I am very unimpressed as I thought Deepak had INTEGRITY. Emails gave me the impression it was going to charge me a monthly subscription automatically without my permission after just a few days of use. I didn't even use it because it was too complicated to work out.
NOT EASY TO USE. 1 day after download the app doesn't work. Can't preview music. Saved stuff to playlist and next day it's not there. Search funtion doesn't yeild good search results. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
This app is great, although I have forgotten my password and when I go to have a recovery email sent it tells me there is an issue and will be fixed in an hour. I have uninstalled and re installed the app however it is still not allowing me to recover my log in.itbhas been three days since I was able to last log in. Please can someone help with this matter? Thanks
I really used to love this app for mediation practice and I'm a fan of Deepak Chopra. But I found this new subscription based service very difficult to subscribe to and I don't like the price of $9 per month. The old subscription model was a one time purchase. I've moved on to use Calm app. Not quite as good but good enough.
I have been going back and forth with cust. service and this is part of my last email sent: I paid a long time ago 90 dollars for a permanent collection. I have not changed my ID only my device which of course is going to naturally happen. Everyone is going to get a new device once their device is outdated. It is disgusting what this company is doing. I will never pay for a subscription for this company. Please do not say namaste to me when you are a hypocrite. You definitely do not mean it.
It requires you to make an account. When I try to make an account it says my email is in use, I click on forgot password and it sends me to a 404 page. I try to make an account with my other email address and it says "please use a valid email address". Literally unusable, don't download.
I bought loving relationship and conscious health plus another meditation that's no longer available. I think it's really unfair that I paid for meditation experiences that are no longer available....so I'm left with nothing to show for the money I spent :(
I paid $24 for the ifinant abundance app and they removed it. I would like a refund. you basically took my money. Thieves!
please fix this app. I can't play anything sometimes...it just keeps loading and loading and nothing happens.
My ananda app has stopped working and I can no longer log in. How can I cancel the subscription? Or has it cancelled it automatically?
It just hangs there and you can't play the meditation. For $8.99 a month you should be able to use the app anytime.
takes forever to load very annoying I give up before I can even meditate.
Had an issue but customer service was more than helpful once I called!!!
Perhaps if login and givjng my personal details was optional I would try it

I have had the app for more than 10 years and I love it. But Everytime I get s new phone it's different. Now wants to charge me again after I already paid a fee years ago. Gonna have to find another app not gonna pay monthly
I m a great great fan of chopra sir.His philosophy inspired me like i alwz thinking in that manner the world exist. I hope someday i meet him and learn more.
Music and guided meditation don't play together. If music comes, guided meditation doesn't. If meditation is guided, there's no music. I did try adjusting the bar which balances both. But it doesn't make any difference.
after reading the terrible reviews.. thought I'd give it a try and have experienced no problems! Love it!!!
When it works, I love it....when it doesn't, which happens frequently, I seriously consider ending my subscription....which is what I may do today....
Cannot log in and poor customer support
Doesn't work and keeps crashing. Kind of frustrating because when it works it's great. It won't work for me at all now.
Disappointed in the app. Love it when it works, but it doesn't work far too often. Fix it please. I'm a paying customer.
Fails to load, spins...worse after android update for my galaxy s6
It's great, but I was looking for an app similar to Manuel Loigeret's Ananda app on iPhone. If like binaural beats without voices. I'd also like customizable beats. This app may provide the ability to customize beats, but I didn't keep it long enough to find out. Overall, it's pretty good, I just would prefer something without someone speaking over the beat
