Anapana Meditation

Anapana meditation is the awareness of the breath coming in and going out.
Following are the benefits of practicing Anapana meditation

• Agitation, fear, tension, nervousness and stress decrease

In order to gain the benefits in your life, practise this meditation for 10 minutes twice a day (morning and evening).

I have seen nothing better than Vipassana and Aanapana meditation in this world. The purest and truest form of meditation. Helps you so much in betterment of your life. I can cry a hell lot in the praise of this sadhna taught by guruji. Can't describe what a precious gem (anmol ratna) I have found in Aanapana & Vipassana. But continuity of practice is the secret to success, remember if you don't practice it daily and only talk about it, nothing will change and you will say it's not good but actually, it is, only if you practice daily, with all your heart to make your life better.
