AnastasiaDate: Date & Chat App

As of lately the application has been very annoying and not very helpful. It would have been nice if they had done something for the women of Ukraine since most are from there some those of of interested in them could have better kept in touch.

Concerning the app, it is effective for chatting, viewing profiles, and direct calls. Unfortunately, viewing letters is extremely tedious, as you will have to scroll through; for what seems hours, to check if you recieved something from someone specific. I would suggest a search function for the letters section. Also, maybe a tab dedicated to all your communication forms (letters, pictures, etc.) with your favorite members. Additionally, it is not possible to send pictures via letters.

Worst app I've ever used. Constant spinning, lockups, frozen chats. Really toss it in the trash and start over.

Its now subscription based. if you want any communication you have to pay 9.99 per month. This then gives you permission to purchase credits to further that communication in chat or letters. They say this provides discount for credits but their credit rates haven't change much when you could buy credits directly without subscription.

This is the absolute worst service i have ever used. firstly their mobile site is extremely buggy secondly they charge you per minute of chatting or using other services instead of charging an upfront fees. essentially they try to fleece you and do it heavy. lastly on their mobile site the option to buy credits is a button that is conveniently placed just above the chat bar, easy to tap by mistake. Once tapped it does not confirm your purchase. It jut charges your account. i feel cheated...

glitchy. when writing a letter it will send out the letter half written when you try to fix a word. No word correct feature in the letter area. Also Letters you read disappear. So theres no way to check to make certain the lady you want to write to or chat is the person that you want to be writing. I'd give a 3.5 if it were possible. And many ladies are cluttering up the system by sending repeats of one letter 20 or more times making it impossible to reply or read valid messages.

Unable to send gifts or add photos to letters using the app. Appears to be highly over priced and over rated. Letters sent to potential women are screened and edited, to prevent any opportunity or connecting with someone outside of the site (unless you send gifts) which im sure is a breach and invasion of privacy. The novelty can wear thin and off real quick if you are genuine and don't have 100's & 1000's of dollars to spend. disappointing for a site that claims 'love has no boundaries'

I've had a miserable experience so far. I've spent hundreds of dollars and cant even exchange contact information with a girl. I logged out and then when I logged back in my whole history and profile was gone and tried to charge me again. I'm not happy at all. I think I've experienced a scam.

This app and website are ridiculous. the amount of money you have to pay to use it is wrong. I hope that the ladies on the other end DO NOT have to go through this. if you are going to change a subscription fee and make us pay to chat do one or the other NOT BOTH. This is price gouging and wrong on so many levels. You are praying on people who just want to find love and it's wrong.

This site is so great!! Beautiful ladies and they are so welcoming! The only problem is,l cannot purchase the credits successfully most of the time! It always unsuccessful even right now,l want to renew,but it has been unsuccessful since last Sunday (3/5/2020). Please help,l want to install your anastasia app

don't know if you are speaking to a real person o bot. Also once you get talking to someone the site blocks the exchange of phone numbers or email address. You need to keep paying them almost $1/min to chat to someone, that could be a bot... Also, try to delete your profile... there is no way to do that... you can not close your account or delete it.... I have sent an email to cancel my account and it seems i am still getting charged... I had to call my credit card company and block further char

I do not know what this review is for but here goes. Rverything about AnastasiaDate is as it was, no additional buttons appearing. I might as well play the game & not write anything which is wrong and untrue. I hope I've gained enough experience to carry o with this adventure. I must have a shower before anything additional takes place. Writing the truth is essential but that does not seem the case here. I honestly hope everything I said is true and will not change.

Extremely frustrating. Credits are needed to chat but the App is defaulting to the wrong Google Play account (not the login account) and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it.

I think the service is excellent. Its a shame that some of the women on this site have given this site such a negative perspective and hardship. I recall a saying that went something like: Every culture is like a kitchen and a kitchen has a garbage can. My opinion: It is important to investigate the women thoroughly and to "do your homework".

I had to cancel my Visa card because someone stole my info to purchase things for $15.99 & $2.99 & the charges went through. 4 days after I cancelled my card, I was charged again for $15.99, luckily, the card was cancelled. I wish there was/are extra Visa security to protect people from this in the future. They say their is then how was my card used again for another $15.99 transaction? This happened today along with another fraudulent transaction another websites.

It's a great place to be hoping you could meet up with the one that is right for each person. Exquisite beautiful ladies no doubt however I will remain neutral in aspects where you might or might not be successful. But enjoyable for me as I find well in the county I have been told that I don't matter anymore to society. Really... My response to this beligerance To thank you for pointing out my whatever. Furthermore last time I had checked the pathway to heaven wasn't through my front yard. Lol

Pure garbage. A massive money making machine. Billing as it stands is sufficient to pay a salary to every so called female member, while the executives sunbathe in the Caribbean. Very well done! I must learn from this business model! And don't come replying on my comment about how it's a little expensive but I get something, I haven't got anything but an expiration of credits statement every 20 minutes for a higher price tag. I mean seriously? In Ukraine she needs to make 20 dollars every 20 min

On the app half the time the videos are way to high up so you can only see the bottom part of it and you can't chat when using video.
