The student toolkit for well-being, 'anatome' is the culmination of a group software project of Computing Science at Newcastle University, UK.
Intended as a functional demonstration, the app provides interactive CBT techniques to coach you through various aspects of student life
- mental and physical well-being, acting as a self-help triage service to prepose a physical appointment with your local counselling service; this too, can also be accessed inside with an integrated booking system.
