Really would give this app just under 5 stars. Having an option to make a list on what is needed to study and be able to only label those parts would be awesome. Having a quiz mode where the list can be customized would be great also. There is a way to label, but I find that when the image is rotated the label stays in the same spot and doesn't follow the rotation. These are minor things that would be great to have and would have made this already great app even better.
Pretty good app, but definitely lots of room to improve. Even though I paid, there is a stupid message popping up, reminding me that I'm in a free version until there is internet or something like that. Also, there needs to be a way to view more than one bone and pertinent landmarks at one time. For instance, one should be able to view tibia, fibula, and their landmarks in one isolated plane.
I think this app has a lot of potential and you've got a good idea so I'm looking forward to add one more star when this project is complete.
The app is excellent, except for the part of neuroanatomy. They haven't included the brain in the app. Also, we cannot see the cross sections of organs. The female reproductive system is not available. Surface anatomy is not available. In spite of all these, subscription fee is very high, nevertheless it is worth it. The app is very useful for medical students.
I am constantly looking for tools to help my clients. I researched and tried several apps and by far Anatomyka was the best. I love the detail, being able to layer, isolate, zoom and deep dive into what each section or part is and has many other tools. It worked so well, I decided to get a tablet and ran into some issues with it recognizing my subscription. These were on my part, however, Ivan was fast to respond, very helpful and very patient and resolved my issue. All that and at 10.99 for the year! I am very happy and highly recommend!!
This app is a little tedious to navigate and uses a lot of resources to run... However, after subscribing for a year and now buying a lifetime version; I can say that it is definitely worth it. It's worth even if you don't pay, the free segments on the skeleton itself is of great quality. The paid version has a lot of benefits, which I don't make use of all the time but the ones I do use– I'm very content with. Try it out!
Amazing anatomy app. Extremely useful hide and fade features to see muscle or whatever you're trying to look at and what its connected to. Very helpful to find everything I need to study for personal trainer, which is nearly every bone, muscle, respiratory system, cardiac system, and their movement and purpose. Not sure if the heart will be included to show blood flow, but it's a great app. I'm sure it will come in handy to show them what muscle they need to work, etc. Thanks for your hard work.
I love this app, I use it for anatomy reference when I draw. The ability to fade, hide muscles and isolate the different muscles to see where they connect is phenomonal. I wish they'd add the female skeleton, as well as adding a feature that lets you move the model so I could see how the muscles look stretched and posed. Other than that it's amazing.
I am q first year Medical Student. Anatomy is the main subject in the first year. I have tried nearly all the anatomy apps on Playstore. This app is by far the best one by miles. No other app comes close to this. The notes are very good too. They should include short introductory videos of the bones and muscles, insertions and origins. Only one thing I found a bit lacking is when you try to rotate or flip the bone. It's not easy to control. Other than that this app is perfect.

Amazing app and graphics. Congratulations for your work. I got the free trial but was disappointed to see there is no female anatomy information. Reading your replies to other reviews I understand that there is a lot to work on and it takes a lot of time to develop for only 2 people. I'm a radiology student and for now the skeletal system is enough for me. I think it's really kind of you to put it out for free. I would also truly like if there was a feature to undo the last action.
Really great app! I'm very impressed with the amount of content and the available features. You can layer different organ systems on top of others. There's also a feature I just discovered where you can multi-select as many things as you want to view and then hide everything else. I was also very impressed that I emailed them to ask a question and they responded back the very next day. Totally worth the $1.99 for the monthly membership. Plus, more content is coming!!!
It's a great app. It has made my studies way easier. To be able to isolate a bone, turn it in whatever direction you want, so you get a good visualisation of all those theory classes you follow in first year, its incredible! I would recommand it to all the students who are bored of same old old books and no visuals. Also big thanks to the editors, even without mothly subscription i can still use it for all the osteology classes. Planning to get in premium really soon. Thank you😊
Phenomenal! So easy to use, incredible informational, amazing graphics! I'm a personal trainer, so having a tool like this with me is so great! I can continue to teach myself, keep muscles and their actions memorized, and show my clients without having to pull out a skeleton. I highly recommend to any fitness professional, medical professional, or anyone who is interested or passionate about the human body. Keep up your knowledge, and that includes your recourse. Get this app!
good app, cheap subscription prices and i appreciate that there are subscription options for 1 and 6 months. i think i'd really like it for there to be an option to save different full body models, because sometimes it takes a bit to hide and color code specific parts like muscles and tendons to get the view you want. not a dealbreaker of course, but itd be a nice touch!
Positive experience so far. Would like the bone features named when you point at them rather than isolate the bone and highlight all the landmarks, etc.. It's still missing a lot of the Anatomy to be in future module updates. Illustration is fantastic and the ability to view detail is great!! I will update the stars as the program updates its data.
great app! 3D interface is fantastic! easy to use, haven't seen the insides of a cadaver yet but this really helped to visualize how organs actually looked like. one note though, I think you forgot the spleen for the digestive system? looking forward to see the rest of the systems this year. suggestions: it might be better to charge for a one time fee for the app? a monthly subscription seems impractical, unless you regularly have updates ie pathophysiology of selected diseases
The most detailed, most accurate and most visually appealing anatomy app there is on Play Store. Really Impressed. The 3D layout with various background customizations, and most importantly the landmark section is simply amazing and brilliant. Very helpful, this can replace an actual atlas in the near future once everything is added to it. Looking forward to buy the one year subscription after other systems are added.
Occasionally glitches when you click on some options for example the magnum foramen on the occipital bone. There should also be an option which allows you to filter out the names of the parts of the bone you do not want to include temporarily. Apart from that, this is a great app and I believe I'll be subscribing very soon!!
Great modelling,, very nice to have a 3d interactive rendering that can be highlighted, coloured and removed etc... Ok.. Would like a save and Exit option and the app only remembers my subscription when I'm connected to WiFi/data... So no good when I'm deep sea diving!?!... Early days... Thanx for a brilliant app. Can't wait to see your 3d brain and head augmentations!!.. You'll be making combat flight simulators before you know it!
The skeletal and muscular anatomy is increadible, it gives a real accurate sense of where the muscles are, and what they do. I am still looking at the rest but the basic anatomy is amazing. And i do not mind the fact that you can u lock more functions for a time after watching an add..that is amazing thank you
I'm using it for bone and muscle anatomy. Overall very precise and visually appealing. Love the origin/insertion maps but a few more features or the ability to access them from other parts of the app would be helpful. Found one or two errors but also found that the all creators are really responsive to feedback by email. Can be tricky to learn to navigate but comes with time.
As an Anatomy student studying occupational therapy, this app is AMAZING. Whether you just need it for a month or a year, upgrade for a few bucks and get all the info you will ever need for school or your job. Being able to isolate a muscle and its origin and insertions helped me finally understand what goes where and does what. I have tried so many apps to help me study, but this is the best by far.
Absolutely the most well detailed and thorough anatomy app. When u first open it up do not be intimidated with all the options. Start using the app for homework and you'll realize it's set up in a very intuitive way with no extra bloatware. It's Obvious a lot of hard work and time went into creating this app . The subscription fee to unlock all features is incredibly reasonable and more than fair. There are tons of more expensive apps out there that are straight garbage. I've tried them all
This is the best app for anyone from school to college it just makes it so much easier.
Very easy to use and works perfectly. I like the possibility to isolate specific parts and layers of different body systems. Fading parts makes it easy to see from all angles. Suggestion, (saw it in other application) would be handy to have animations showing what specific muscles do and how function.
Love this app so much! Really helped me in my nursing studies. Thank you!!
Amazing app visually. I love the UI and tools available to learn from. The only issue I have are some small errors in the English version for example repetition of information in areas where it isn't applicable...e.g the innervation of a muscle being indicated as the muscle's origin of attachment. I know it's a big thing to ask but could you perhaps review the app for these small mistakes then I'll definitely give a 5 star rating😁⭐
