ANB Bank – Mobile Banking

The app itself works great if it loads, but that's a big "if" half the time it just doesn't load which is super inconvenient and frustrating.

Loved the app until the last few months. Now every time I try to login it takes forever, and half of the time it gives me an error. It's incredibly inconvenient when I need to be able to see my balance at that very moment. Wish they would fix this problem.

Never had any problems until whatever they did up on till now it takes longer to login and I have to restart my phone or app it it gives me a message saying I need to upgrade my phone of I want it to work properly, my phone isn't being changed anytime soon and it works just fine.

UPDATE: Still has issues sometimes so I knocked it to 4 stars.. . I should probably give this app 1 star but it is a great app when it works, which is almost never. Sure I've uninstalled and reinstalled plenty of times and once you do it it might work properly once. I Login and it says loading please wait then rarely actually does it make it into my accounts. My favorite part it how it always blames my connection when it has absolutely nothing to do with my connection.

10k in CD's you may get Good rate. Read the fine print. Be nicer to them..than they are to you. Smile, your on camera.

Garbage app. Have to quit and reload the app up to 10 times in a row to get it to load my accounts. It repeatedly accuses my 235 Mbps connection of being slow. Lazy app written by a lazy programmer.

Loved the app till it updated in March, now it either takes a long time (at least 5 minutes if not longer) or gives a message that it couldn't connect and that it might be my internet (5G and full bars a few times but usually 4G full bars) and to try again later. The most frustrating part is when I need to check the balance and when I can't get the app to work I try using the internet but it says that I don't have authorization to login online. So no way to check account outside of bank hours.

I can never get on the app! Always says my connection is slow but it isn't! This is so frustrating!.. changed my star rating because they did finally fix the problem on the app and now I can gain access!! So, glad. Thank you all for fixing that.

Terrible. It should not be so difficult to log in to check your balance. Update-- they are continually contacting me to try to "help" me log in. While I appreciate the kind gesture, I do in fact know how to log in. The review is for the app being terrible and unreliable!

The mobile deposit picture taking is awful. No frame, no focus. You just have to guess if your check is in the frame, then retake the picture 9 times on the front and 15 times on the back. Every other banks app is better. I should make me deposits at any other bank.

I really like this app very much. It's easy, convenient and the best thing is that it seems that it's opening up smoother and faster. One doesn't quite know how to act after the update rebuild or completely. Very nicely done

Used to love the app. Now it never opens. Jqs "connection issues" everywhere I go. When o have wifi on, brand new service, full bars. Nothing works. I honestly don't like this app anymore

Always loading, never working. It should allow access on slow connections, but it doesn't. Time to upgrade on your end, ANB.

This app worked great for a while to deposit my checks. Now the camera part it 90 degree off. Tried to delete and reinstall several time to see if would fix it, no luck.

Can't even open the app. Always says the app has stopped working. Very frustrating. Tried over and over again to redownload but always same results

Love this app up until recently now it just takes too long to log in or it doesn't log me in at all been having to go online and do it through my web browser which is just not as convenient. Will give five stars if y'all get this problem figured out;!! 👍🏼☺️

It never opens no matter what phone or service I have this app is trash!! Update! Now Im unauthorized to check on my computer and the app stopped working phone again.

This would easily be a 4 or 5 star review, except for the fact that I have to uninstall and reinstall every other time I check my account, as well as get a secure access code to register my device. Whatever is going on needs to be fixed, please...

apps garbage, there was a point in time where you could check your statements!!! but them days are long gone, all you can find now is an "unexspected error"😣

I can never get into it and i had this app for 32yrs and know all of sudden i cannot get into tis always locking me out if they would stop resetting it every week this has been a pain all year .

Can't log in. so I cant use the mobile deposit feature. As a business owner, always on the go, it's important to be able to use this. It's been three weeks since I've been able to login.

I've never had a problem with the until today. Wont let me log on to see my balance. Please fix problem. I don't always have access to a pc.

This app has always worked but since my phone did an update I can no longer open it. Very frustrating and inconvenient!

It's got a few caveats. Could use an upgrade.

It works great online however I can never get the app to open! It worked wonders at first since the update ive had no luck..

Great when it works. So some reason it will NEVER load.. It worked fine till about 4 weeks ago. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled..

So great for out of hours banking. Just wish I could edit auto transfers. Other than that it takes care of my banking non-banking needs.

I'm sick and tired of the constant updates, everytime it updates I can't login in for at least 1 to 2 days.
