Both app and website haven't been working lately. App is asking to update it, but there's no update available on Play Store. Website is showing that there's a current session and try after 10 minutes. Meanwhile I am getting scam calls saying that they are calling from ANB to rectify the technical issue. After the scam call, occasionally getting sms from ANB about ONLINE PURCHASE and REVERSE TRANSACTION. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?
The app is asking me to update and there is no update. I'm trying to login and I need to make some transactions. You should solve this problem because its not the first time I can't login. How about if I tell you that I have very urgent payments and your app is not working. Who will compensate my losses?
Still no one replying on my Email. I had an account which I cant log in to this app. Its says "Your account has been Blocked" then the next page takes me to activation which takes all my data including my IDs and password. But after filling up all the forms, still it says error"call the AnB hotline". I call the hotline, they said, Go to the bank to fixed my blocked account. I go to the bank, and the teller there know nothing. They tell me to call the hotline. Like for what? Any help AnBmobile?
Before the interface was elegant and beautiful, the new features should be plugged in/ add in the same app interface. Sorry I am rating it 1 star.
I have a big issue about ANB MOBILE BANKING. I cannot install it again.i uninstall it due to update issues. This is a good app which helps me a lot. But the thing is, i need it to update and install it but still i cannot.please help me about my issues because it helps me to settle my dues.thank you
Assalam o alaikum, I am trying to open the app, but it goes back to say download the updated app. Cannot upload. Tried uninstalling the last one and re installing. Please guide
Not friendly to use. It has stopped working transferring money in abroad through the app since long time. Whenever I sent for request reason why nobody replied me back.
I cannot log in into my account without creating my phone's security password which i dont want. Just bring back the old ANB app! This is unacceptable!
Hope you add on a quick login feature. Might as well do this online on a browser if I'm gonna log in by username and password in the app.
The app doesn't support much, application department is not enhancing thier app adding services, still using SMS for authentication, it takes more then 1 min to receive SMS instead of using finger print.
I cannot open my account,Asking to download new apps which is very complicated. Much better the old one.

Definitely and with out a doubt this is the worst bank in Saudi Arabia!!! You are better off with any other bank and I'm not exaggerating at all 😤. Horrendous app and the website is worse it's really an overall horrible experience dealing with them.
Limited app and no log-in options . Very annoying to write my ID number and long password everytime I wish to open the app.
Trying to update the app as requested but not happening. Useless, and not a happy customer at all. Poor service
Why can not open or log in now my account on mobile application .asking phone password..can open the old application is better and easy way.
Look outdated, nead major improvements. Specifically we need to use pin instead of entering user and password every time

Not opening. And even if I download new version it's not opening too. Please update the service.
Unable to log in...as soon as i enter the 4digit code it shows that my login has timed out.. no response from email that i sent a week ago..
Bad application. I can not creat account ,always refused the password without justification or explanation
The app is good overall but will be better if it can update your iqama automatically on the app and not personally visiting an anb branch.
ANB apps used to be technologically equipped back in 2010... But after a decade it seems everything is going back to 2005.. pathetic to see ANB decline being an ex employee
What happened I can't open my account when I login there is notification download the new version I already downloaded but still notification what's this 😐
I can't log to my account. Asked me to upload the new version every time even i updated i can't access

Nice app very handy to use but ANB should update some features like Update I'D, add new telemoney beneficiary without visiting bank. Thanks

Unfortunately your application not showed the full beneficiaries in the telly money list. 2nd.. The application not showed the all currenceys transfer rate for some countries like for example to phillpeens.. From Saud Reyal to pesos so it will be very easy for the forefingers to send money to their Countries Through your application. I hope you can do it very soon. So no more crowded in the bank branchs or in telly money branches also.
