The app will not let you log on most of the time because they are constantly updating or changing the app. Every time they change the app, you have to call them and/or re-setup your login info. When they aren't messing with the app and not allowing you to use it, it is a good app. But, they are nearly ALWAYS messing with the app. At least once a week you have to re-setup your login info.
I love my ANB bankig app! it always gives me correct information and if I have to make a transfer, the $ is available instantly! Sometimes i cant log in and it boots me out but it doesnt happen very often. It is definitely more accurate than the telephone banking
I downloaded this app 1 month ago. It worked the same day I downloaded it, but hasn't since. I've called and supposedly gotten it fixed 3 times which never worked. If it's going to be too much of a problem for y'all to actually fix my account just let me know and I won't keep bugging you
I was very pleased with the App... it was user friendly..... however, I can't use it any longer. When I attempt to log in, a window pops up telling me I have no internet connection. WRONG! Suddenlink tells me a different story.
this app continually has bugs that won't let me sign into my account. every month or two I am unable to sign in with my proper login information for random periods of time. when calling the only assistance number listed on the app in the afternoon when this occurs, I am given no help, but instead an automated message explaining the hours that ANB is open. This is extremely irritating.
software is often down. says I don't have network connectivity. I use same software for 2 different banking apps. when it's down, it's down on both. have asked other people, they are having same issue.
great app few issues. everyone who has a connectivity problem just turn off your Wi-Fi and use your wireless service to login. doesn't do it all the time but every once in a while that's what I do.
This app CONTANTLY kicks me out of my account, undergoes maintenance at very inconvenient times (for multiple hours if not DAYS at a time), and the past few days has not been launching AT ALL. Furthermore, when I try to re-login I recieve and error message stating that my login info is invalid.
The new camera needs to be better adjusted when you take the picture the screen moves about a half inch to the bottom of the screen. needs Better calibration
Pesters me to update far too often. Let it be awhile before you jack with it again for God's sake. And 'security questions'? Not working well for me. Many of them are ones that have multiple answers I might have given depending on my mood at the time, and it's next to impossible to remember (or, more often, guess) exactly what capitalization and punctuation I used. All told, every time an update forces to re-enter my whole login, I'm scared I'll lose access to my money.
Everytime my phone does a system update I get kicked out of my account and when I try to login with my correct information it wont let me and then I have to call to get it reset it's very frustrating.
i have been banking with Amarillo National for years now. The app makes it easier to keep an eye on my finances and where i have spent $ as well as being able to look at my current balance
I cringe whenever I hear new and improved and that is what I feared. I have an android phone and still can't access my account. I finally was able to set it up on my computer. The phone number doesn't work either. thumbs down.
Screenshot on my own device of my own info should ALWAYS be "allowed", no questions asked. Especially when going into areas of low cell reception. Come on, common sense, please.
I like it because its pretty easy to use and you can transfer funds from one account to the other quickly. And you can block or limit your card access.
I got a new phone it's a 2018 model and the app wouldn't open it just kept crashing and about a month later it finally needed to be updated so I updated it and it started wrking on this phone
Recently upgraded to a phone that comes with Android Pie and the app is not compatible with this version of Android. Please update 🙄
Very convenient for quickly checking account status, making transfers or depositing checks. Particularly helpful if you have multiple accounts.
The mobile app is super convenient. I can get my balance anytime, and make transfers when I need to. Thank you.
Works when it wants lately. Frustrating... and we are new customers. Never had all these technical issues with last banks app
It was great up until about 2 weeks ago, now I can't even open it, just says I have no network connectivity, even though everything on my phone is working fine
I love this app it's very helpful saves time with having to go into the bank and transfer money to one account to the other one.
I love this app... I enjoy the convience of paying my bills from bill pay.. Just being able to check my balance is awesome!!! Best app ever... Best bank ever!!!
It worked great, Until it updated. Now it won't open, it keeps crashing.
easy to use and has all the important information. i will say it seems to have more information if you login on a PC than on your phone.

Ever since the new "digital launch" on 7/16 I have not been able to use the app and there are no updates available for android.
Great for quick transfer of funds when I receive a text showing debits. Have several accounts so I can transfer no ey from the phone anytime and prevent an overdraft charge if any account gets too low. Easy and user friendly. Wish history of transactions was a little longer. Pictures of checks is a good addition now too. Very happy with ap
