Ancient Aliens: The Game

I'm actually a fan of the Ancient Aliens series, and I have to say, they did a great job with this game. Your progression starts off slow, but after you complete a week of "check in" rewards, you get access to the "slot machine, spinning wheel" thing signified by the ankh. You get gold rained on you at that point. The "store" never worked for me (probably a good thing), but once you get past that week ending reward, it picks up. They really need to make a console/PC version of this title.

I think this game is fantastic. The show is even better. It would be nice if it were easier to set little "villages" with the buildings it provides. I mean, it kinda does but you can't rotate buildings or build roads. Some buildings don't quite line up when building several. (Ie. houses/farm) so it looks like you're building things at a slight slant rather than a neat line. It would be nice to create your own character to some minimal extent. Also, NPC details need to be improved. Like what job they are doing, health condition, etc.

Server connection issues. Every time I log in, after a minute or two it says there's a problem with the connection to the server and I end up having to restart. I really enjoy the game but more than once I've lost progress on things and lost the gold or DNA I've spent on them because of server issues. I have no connection problem on any other games.

Think I've been waiting 2 years at the very least for this update after completing the 2nd pyramid and was quite hopeful. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be any better than before...can't even get on the game now. I did like it as it's very relaxing...albeit very very slow to get anywhere, so more like a meditation of sorts. My main issue is the lagging and struggle to get the game working on any device...it struggles more that works properly and surely, in this modern age, it should work.

It would be cool if the gold mine actually produced gold (the most important resource for the game). Instead, after level 5, you need at least 1000 gold to build even the most basic structures, but you can only gather ~150 gold per day. However, if you wish to spend your hard earned REAL money, you can get a little more. It would be pretty cool if you could play without blowing your paycheck.

Have to rate low. Great and interesting story and graphics. Some decorations to hard to place so when it comes time to move things around, well just too discouraging. When you get up to the more advanced research(needed to move on with the story line ) it just takes way to long to gather the DNA. The story and gameplay comes to a a halt. Stopped playing the game and uninstalled.

I really like this game, however the lack of any kind of a save feature is putting me off. I have started seven new games, across seven android devices, and every time I go to play this I remember that it will disappear like sand through my fingers the next time I upgrade my phone, along with any money I have spent on the game. Relaxing, entertaining, waste of time and money.

It was a good game to begin with. But its so slow. Ive been collecting and building a few times a day, for the last 6 months i have 2 and a half rows of the pyramid done. None of the upgrades make any difference. Im sure this isnt supposed to be a real time build. Would be awesomw is there was another way to gwt stones. But, saving up gold to upgrade takes far too long, and quaries are far too scarse.

Good Game. Challenging to accomplish tasks. I love the storyline. I had to adjust my in-game resolution controls provided by my LG Stylo 4 in order to see the full screen. I suggest getting a better server that can take the high demand of all these players. It's annoying when you are in the middle of something and you get booted out bc of a server issue beyond your control. Other than that, I enjoy playing daily. 😊

Great visuals, interesting storyline and nice sound effects. Lots of assets to it, if only I could play... I've been stuck at level 3 for several months: collecting 3 millions stones 100 at a time means that you have to come back to the game 30 000 times before you can do anything (which will likely end up in you collecting more stones when your next quarry dries out). Play 10 times a day to complete the task in a little less than 8 years, or keep watching adds (100 stones each).

Graphics are just off-peak, gameplay and controls are very enjoyable. In the event of an issue with a purchase, be sure to include screenshots of both your Google Play receipt and your in-game user ID (done by screenshot of the "Settings" box), as it will move the process along and their Customer Service is not immediately forthcoming about the verification needed. An extra step that cost a star from my review of an otherwise fine game.

If you want to see how tedious it was to make a pyramid, this is the game for you! After 2 months of playing and leveling up quite rapidly, I had a problem and had to re-install the game and lost ALL of my progress. Had 2/3 of pyramid finished, several upgrades, etc. and now I can only start over again, no thanks.

For about 2 weeks keeps telling me I have to update the game to play. Keep trying every few days. Game play is slow. Not enough instruction for my liking. Over all, I enjoy the game. Just wish it wasn't always messing up. Give it a 2, cuz I can't play it right now (or for the last few weeks) but, I haven't deleted it, hoping the bugs get fixed.

It's a fun game till you play it for a bit. There has been several times that I have saved up dna to unlock a feature, like the hospital or larger houses, and it won't unlock. I am guessing that when you progress far enough in the story they will unlock but it's still a let down to spend more than a week gathering dna just to research something, taking more than a week again, all for nothing.

I'd honestly LOVE to give this game the best review the world has ever seen, however, it's boring. It's fun up to a point, after that it's just boring. It takes WAY too long to accumulate the resources necessary to advance without spending large sums of money on a few resources. Seriously, $5 for 2000 DNA or gold when everything in the game now is up in the 10,000s? That's just dumb. Can't advance on the pyramid anymore because of lacking resources in the game. Can't upgrade anything because it just takes FOREVER. I could spend an entire day watching videos for more probes, but the videos run out and I'd only get like 500 DNA. It took me a week of watching videos to get the 10000 DNA needed to upgrade my minotaur to the next level. And that was just 1, I have 26. PLEASE revamp the resources and make the game fun again.

Fun to start out with but the upgrades are way too expensive. It takes forever to save which draws the game out so long that you get board now the game wants me to down load an upgrade but there's no upgrade to download and it won't let me play. It took forever for me to get to the second pyramid now I can't get in. Thinking it's time to delete game definitely lost Interest

I have been playing this game for years and it's almost impossible to make any progress you're almost forced to spend money to actually get anywhere in the game I don't understand if you want people to keep playing the game why make the progress incredibly slow. I guess it's realistic but I don't have my whole life to wait for this pyramid to be built. Would be willing to replay if the game was updated to fix that until then uninstalled

Was enjoying it but due to lack of info you end up using all your gold to build sieves that have an expiry so you don't really advance at all basicly just log on to collect a handful of dna and log off to wait some more. Almost zero gameplay and the slowest building and researching I've ever seen in a game. But was a good idea for a game quite enjoyed the storyline.

What a game, what an experience, what a pain in the arse. You spend more time watching the ads than playing the game. To progress through the game you need resourses, one of them being DNA...very easy at first, it's when you get to the greater tasks, you are talking millions. But the worst of all is that I was halfway through my first pyramid when the game wanted an update, but where is the update, it would not allow me to continue. NO GAME, NO ADS, NO MONEY...YOUR MOVE PROGRAMMERS, PLEASE FIX.

I always loved this game even though I do get bored with it easily. Takes too long to make any significant changes. Everything is also pretty hard to see on a phone. Very tiny little figures, but look cool up close! I was very excited to hear about the new changes coming, but I had to remove the app today because it is not working properly the last 2 days. My app was updated already but wont stop prompting me to update. Displays a message covering the 'confirm' button so I cant get in to play

every few minutes I keep getting error message regarding server issues after one or two of them I have to restart and it's back to a point before I started getting the messages, for example after collecting all my DNA from houses it will be back to being full , for such a great game it really takes from it and makes it really tempting to just delete it.

Latest update doesn't even launch. Typical response to clear cache. Been there done that. Same results game does not load. Since this is a problem with everyone else, perhaps it might sink in that your app is broken and it's not on the end user. update 11/14, updated app, no change, uninst/reinst no change, clear cache, no change, restart device, no change. App does not launch.

I really like the concept, art, game play, everything BUT, the game is soooooo slow going. There's nothing to do. I'm stuck just waiting for gold to be collected. Small items are expensive. I understand to encourage you to buy to actually make the game worth playing. Otherwise it's just a bunch of waiting. So bascially, the game is hecka boring and the art and all that doesn't make up for it. I would love to love it. It's ironic the game I downloaded to earn DNA in this game is way more entertain

I enjoyed the game until the most recent update, now it takes forever to load up and get to the actual game. I am at a standstill where all I can do is set blocks and collect PD so the game play has slowed significantly. also read that after placing the cap on the pyramid then the game is pretty much over with nothing else to do, was willing to find out but at this rate it may be like 2 years from now

I was in love with he game until suddenly the right side of my screen just suddenly got cut off. I contacted support and was told I had to go to setting and set fullscreen...I looked over and over thinking I was missing something. There is no full screen option under settings. I didnt even mind the mindless hours of collecting resources. I love the thought of the game and the way it was headed....however I will be uninstalling today since no one can resolve my issue.
