Every update screws up something else. Now my random scheduled payments are not being paid and show up as scheduled after the scheduled date. I shouldn't have to check behind this app, but I do.
Transactions don't show in real time. Especially on the weekends. Sometimes it says error update and we can't see the true balance and why does it take till 9am to update. Other bank apps show transactions immediately. But we are able to use zelle thats a plus. But fix other issues.
New update has knocked me out of my account. Sent a code several times and it says it can't log me in because I already have an account and then won't let me in again!! 😡
Love it! The security is good and seeing your account is right at your finger tips!
Everything is easy to access if I run into a problem I get help right away if it looks like someone is using my account you are quick to catch it and I love that it is easy to get help when I need it and everything is very explainable
Constantly errors and doesn't update your balance immediately like other banks so you never really know of the amount you see is correct. So aggravated with this ongoing for a while now to the point of seriously inquiring with a new bank in 2022.
My acct wont sync at all since the update. I have no idea what my balance is. Have had trouble with desktop online banking from beginning too bc of weird usernames.
Terrible app. Takes numerous tries to do a mobile deposit. Transactions don't show up immediately. Not happy with this bank or the app.
Updates remove log on info EVERY TIME. If it's the weekend you are out of luck as only the bank can help you. If you click "forgot password" link it tells you to call the bank. Username is some random bunch of numbers. Also, very outdated. Doesn't show pending transactions or updated balance.

App is not accurate. It does not update as it should and doesn't keep a running balance as the older versions did. Impossible to keep up with my money using this app.
This app has always been good, but today I cannot pay all my bills online even on the browser website. Some of the companies have been deleted that I pay through the bank or are not showing up.
I'm so slow when it comes to figuring out how to use apps, 😫...😁 I make simple things hard 😉 ..but this app is Soo user friendly..I take full advantage of the entire opinions... and I can check my account at any time day or night.
Only since the last update I haven't been able to check my balance it keeps giving me a system needs updating message and it says it updated two days ago when the problem started other than that it's always been a good app
Losing payment tab and payment history. No support for 2 hrs or email back. This app has been slow for several days

Love the in person bank but the app online banking is a few years behind in technology. It doesn't update or show pending transaction sometimes up to 3 days
Looking forward in having a wonderful experience once l open an Account this April 2022

This app helps a whole lot. Especially for those out there not wanting or ever needing to own a computer.

Everything is good except for having to put my acct number on the back of the check. It's aggravating to look up.
Easy to use
Very easy to use, does transfers instantly rather than waiting till 12 to post when you do a payment at the bank.
App crashes all the time says fail to update and mobile check deposit is a nightmare most of the time does not work. I give up after 5 trys each check amd drive them to the bank been like this for 2 years. Very frustrating but I understand it's a small bank . I am considering moving banks because of the mobile app issues and fail deposits. Just too annoying and do not see it ever getting fixed.
