AndFTPPro

Installed the app, no app icon anywhere. Reboot device, removed app and installed again, same thing. Back to the free version I go... -update: after info from the developer (Pro version is just a key/license and needs the "free" version installed to work), I stand corrected. I have re-purchased the Pro version and now have an ad-free FTP client (with the option to switch between active and passive mode, which is a requirement for me).

I bought AndFTPPro in July. It worked well and I was happy. But as of a few weeks ago Andftp stopped working. It says I need a new AndFTPPro update which doesn't seem to exist. Lysesoft has been completely unresponsive. Only asking my version of Android about a week after my complaint and then never again responding. I highly suggest you not buy this.

Although this has an outdated UI it works well as an ftp client and it used to be my go to ftp app. Unfortunately it doesn't support session resumption for FTP over TLS, which is required if you use FileZilla Server v1.0.1 for security reasons. If you use FileZilla Server v1.0.1 you will need to use another app Total Commander (checking box "SSL encrypt") as AndFTPPro won't connect to FileZilla Server. Hopefully this app will be updated to fix this issue.

Lots of complaints about update issues. I got the warning about needing the newest update past version 4. Went looking for a new version but only found this version which said it was installed. Uninstalled it and reinstalled, got the same warning when I opened the app again, but after that I opened it one more time and it showed it was now version 5 and works fine.

After buying this app I found that it does not support session resumption for FTP over TLS, thus requiring a compromised setting if you're using any reputable FTP server software. Too late for a refund however and no response from the vendor...

Worked great for years. Now program icon has dissappeared, but says program is still installed. No way to launch program!! Samsung S9+.

Lack of Move/Copy & Paste functions on Remote Server; Also cannot change directories on-the-fly, soooooo bad.

Phone says "this app is for an old version of Android" but then works as expected. Thanks for fixing the permission issue.

Does not work with older versions of SSH (had to deal with server crashes). Scheduling seems not to work.

BUYER BEWARE! This does not work. It tells you to update and then it doesn't stop and you can't use pro features.

Great for years, now completely stuffed by this upgrade schemozzle. If you expect decent reviews then provide decent instructions.

Errors abouting updating on 1st open. Why do you need to make phone calls or get phone ID permissions?

I love how easy networking my devices has become thanks, mostly, to this app. thank you for such a wonderful app.

Layout could use a lot of work. Opening of files also does not work.

Can't download a 1.6 GB file I get constant java errors . Tried for 24 hours . I just want a refund.

Aplication Ok yet. But one thing I don't understand. why this application should have acces to phone number and it should know when you call someone?

Install doesn't work. only shows refund button But paypal amount already withdrawn . Awkward

No longer working. installed Andftp and Andftp Pro from store, keeps complaining that Andftp Pro 4 is required.

After installing and purchasing Andftppro. App Icon, no where to be found. Hppeless...

You need to purge your previous install for this to work. Uninstall FTP pro Uninstall FTP Install FTP Open as non pro Install pro
