I love Andreas app, I just hope we get notifications on what's not available or not been produced anymore. And also when there's a shortage of some models. Because on the past I had some orders that I had to keep reordering time after time. I think it would be nice to put this items in back order when they're not available.

Excellent service and absolutely the best shoe wear and hottest fashion not the least to say about your accessories attire.

I don't like that not all the products are available. When they are finally found, the first part of the order was already sent, and then I have to pay double or triple shipping. Also, the app often crashes and has to shut down.

Needs more features. Works good but some times it kind of glitches when doing the search. Or when searching it never shows the item it says item not found

Horrible really needs updates ... it takes for ever to download you like to place and order and it wont let you and then when you finally could place it and want to see details it take you out of the app I'm just rating the APP .... beside that Shoes and their stuff are great I'm love with there new collections of booties

Not so useful, the app is simply an electronic copy of the catalogs. I wish I could place my orders and pay for them here.

Great app!! I miss the part where it would tell you the whole amount to pay before placing the order, though.

Every time I try to create an account as a new customer the app closes. How am I going to place any orders? If this app keeps closing every time...

It doesn't let me log in it says there's an error and when I try to press forgot password it just says page can't load error.

The same items repeat themselves under the same category which makes the scrolling unnecessarily long and tedious

Doesn't register properly, needs improvement. Too many errors. Does not link app to website login. 😕

I've been asking for months to have my address, email and phone number to be corrected with no success.

The app is really slow and it freezes alot of loading and it doesn't let me do my order

I have been having issues in viewing my order dates...and whenever a small promo reminder is sent I can't boew it

It is a very good resource and it is easy to use and understand.

First time user so far so good still lerning how to work it but the girl at the lication told me the next time I am at the store she be glad to help me and answer all the questions that i might have. Very Polite. I like it she makes me feel confident. Thank you Martha macias houston norte

But right Now I have a problem to do my organ on the new magazines I cannot order for app

they give a nice services and the shoes are confortable.

I think it needs an instant chat for simply questions because calling to central takes forever
