The old version worked just fine for my needs. I do like the extension of options that I have on the updated version of the app but with the new version it keeps having an error screen tat says network error when I know for a fact that I would have more than 4 bars and even with my wifi it still doesn't work. This results in me having to log into online banking on my home laptop.

This update was a serious downgrade in what was a fully functional app. No transfer confirmation before finalizing a transaction, the menu constantly displays when simply trying to scroll up and down the page and 'Network Connectivity Issues' for no reason at all. Just a few of many issues. Whoever developed this app is pitiful. AFCU is ridiculous for thinking this app would be an improvement to what worked fine for years.

The worst app I've used for a bank or credit union. The app keep closing (posting connection error) once it finally let me in, but all the other apps work on wifi. Can't make an electronic bank of america credit card payment because they don't have there info. I can't make a transfer to navy federal even though I set it up on both ends to transfer. Basically my money is stuck unless I go to branch. I got to close this account. Horrible

Taking this app down by three stars because bill pay no longer works. Error loading payees and error loading payments appear when the payees tab or history tab is selected. Error occurs on Android and iOs mobile app and has been an ongoing problem for several weeks and at least two months (today is 8/27/2019). Bill pay was my favorite feature, and it worked well with ebills. ebills could be scheduled and paid from my phone. Now I have to do it from my laptop which isn't always convenient.

Tried making a AFCU credit card payment from my checking and it said there was an error. So I attempted the transfer again. Guess what? Two payments came out of my account. Otherwise this app has been pretty good too use.

Trash just like this credit union. Not user friendly. Not intuitive at all. Makes it difficult to make payments on time. And their customer service is full of straight liars who tell you they'll get the issue figured out and solved, but they don't they leave you high and dry. Set up auto pay multiple times and it just stops for no reason. Glitchy mess can't wait until this is paid off and I don't have to deal with this trash anymore.

Although I enjoy and am very pleased with the services of this Credit Union, this app is difficult to navigate and does not flow very well. Going back to the main screen for everything is tedious and viewing transactions is a bit bothersom. But, like I said I very much enjoy being a member.

This app is extremely poorly designed. I have a mortgage with Andrews and they make it extremely difficult to make a payment, nothing is intuitive, nothing is where it should be. I constantly get errors.

It's just not refined at all. The UI isn't nearly as good as my other banks'. The shortcut feature to see account balances is nice, when it's working.

UPDATE: One month later, this app is even more glitchy and frequently requires a reset. PLEASE update or revert to the former app. It was working just fine! I HATE THIS NEW APP! It already made me change my password, is glitchy, and is now telling me that I have an internet connection problem - when I do not! Worst of all, it is so much uglier than the old app. HOW is this an upgrade?

I'm having a running battle trying to determine which is worse: the Andrews app or its website. Both of them are impossible to access (I've been trying to change my password on both for the past year--no kidding!) I'm this close to making an appointment to close the account because I don't think it's worth the hassle!

The only thing i can do when i log inis look at my balance. If I want to make a one time payment, I have to log out and go into a different view. Also, there is absolutely no way to manage my autopay. Setting up the account was a nightmare in itself. Not user friendly in any sense of the word. They should probably wipe it clean and hire a consultant to fix this disaster.

Pretty great and easy to check your balance, make deposits, and do transfers. The options are fairly limited compared to its desktop version, but it's go on the go for most daily uses!

If I could give it 0 stars I would but I had to have it 1 star just so my opinion can be seen. Horrible app. Doesn't show credit score. When you click on any of the features it says, not available. This has been going on for year's. Has nothing to do with maintenance or the site under construction. It's a TERRIBLE app!!!! PERIOD.....

I've had this app for awhile and was pleased up until last week. It won't key me log in. It keeps telling me service unavailable and to reboot my device. * update followed instructions given by Andrewsfcu and installed to Andrews app. It's working like it used to. The problem was the new update to my phone.

Can't log in using the only username I've every had with the bank. Keeps giving me an authentication failed. Never had any issues until they decided to revamp not only the app but website as well. Update - So apparently their system just decided to delete a bunch of mobile banking accounts. Have to wait until the 12-13 before they open enrollments for mobile banking again. Absolute garbage

I don't know who the hell thought of updating the app like this! It's horrible! It takes forever to sign in, and then it takes forever to even load the account with the transactions! This is probably the worst update/revamp I have ever seen in an app!! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Worst banking experience ever!!!!! You have been warned. Only been with them 3 months and 3 times i couldn't access this app nor my funds. Claim they have network issues that puts all funds on freeze. 3 times in 3 months is terrible. I was trying to get gas and my debit card didn't work so embarrassing. Another time i'm trying to call a uber but couldn't because this credit union is trash. Closed out account today.... good riddings

Regular looks at my accounts, transfers for loan payments, new loan application process.. ALL are even easier now. Great upgrade, two factor authentication, fingerprint recognition, much improved user interface. Great job Guys!

Love the app and easy use. My question, which may be stupid to some... What does this app need to have access to be able to make calls? This has recently started to pop up when I log on. I have had the app for years and in the last weeks it will pop up, not every time, but most time. Thank you.

Dud app. Many bad reviews from others so this is not an isolated case. AFCU responds by saying Android users have to download the new upgrade. Guess what? The new upgrade doesn't download and I have ample storage and data
