It's pretty much undocumented. Or extremely poorly documented at best. I am glad I found this because I was thinking about putting up an All-Star node. I am sure that there is a way to access it from a computer or any Android device. But no one seems to be able to explain how to do that. They start talking about changing configuration files that I can't even find. It is ASSUMED you would know these things. Modes like DMR, DSTAR, FUSION, Are popular because they are well documented.
Using it with a pi 3 and an USB ambe stick and it is perfect. One issue though: somehow on my LG G5 with Android 8.0 it does not save the contents in accounts, so unusable for now. On my other phones with Android 6 and 7 there are no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a great app 73 de Pat W3PO
Great app for hams. Works perfectly fine for me both with dvswitch and allstar. Would be great to have a better looking interface at some point ;)
The config tab will not save unless you're connected to your node number. Press the update database button to save. If you get a toast about invalid node number, you still need to connect to your node first. It's very confusing. I thought the config tab was broken because it wouldn't save.
Hi. I cannot use Bluetooth. it says not implemented. so I tried the full access button hoping it would work but no go. can I get a refund please? Thanks for taking care of this guys
Best DMR and IAX app out there, and completely unique! For me, it just works. The two fellas that make this app are volunteers that help the ham world tremendously.
After rading the instructions on groups.io and reviewing the settings inside the Allstar config files and used them in the app, worked first time. Thanks for a great app.
Great app! Looking forward to Bluetooth support on a future version so I can you it with my Anysecu wireless Speaker-Mic or Bluetooth earbuds.
This app is awesome, pair it with a Wireguard VPN and you've got security and flexibility!
This is pathetic, if you want to use this system you have to pay for it. thought I could get logged in already being part of the allstar system.
Fantastic app for those that know how to use it. Only thing reqested would be a widget if possible.. Great job team!
Out of date instructions on how to set up a server. The command lines don't seem to work in Debian. Cheaper to buy a dmr than pay for server anyway.
Further development needed but very functional already. Working for me with DMR and YSF. KO4AWH 73
A few hundred Ks, it enables connection to the ASL. Interesting app!
Probably the worst ham radio app out there. Don't waste your time!
Great app, hope bluetooth support will be added soon.
I havent had too much time tp play with it but so much better than zoiper. I will read up in discussion group. Thanks so much!
No setup documentation that I can find maybe I am missing something. Register button does not work.
Very easy and stable
Easy to use, satisfied with this app.
Says Registered, but it doesn't keep me registered.
Needs better instructions
Thanks for creating this app!
Unable to register.
Works great on my MotoG
Great app in the making
Does not work on pi zero
Great Love it
This is a great little app that I have been using to access my allstar node whilst away from home. It took me a bit of fiddling around to set up, as I really had no idea what I was doing. But now it's up and running it is great. The DVswitch groups.io is also great for support when getting set up, I had answers to questions very quickly. 73 Robert 2E0ZWH
