Its free, and much more stable
Oh, and it threw an exception error after 20 minutes of directions.
Yeah, a little tricky to set up but not bad if you can follow directions. Works beautifully! Using on an unrooted Droid X (v 2.3) with a Win 7 laptop.
Easy to use. Flawless!
DROID X ginger bread. Crashes as soon as I try to open. Can't even try to use.

HTC Hero (Droid Eris) doesn't connect to Win7 AMD laptop
Worked in 5 min on Win 7, worked in 5 min as well on Ubuntu.
U can still download pda net.....go directly to website and read directions ...screw verizon!!!!
I wish Verizon didnt remove PDA net from the market
Too difficult, and it didn't work in the end. Using windows 7 64bit and xperia x10.
Tried different ways of force installing this crap but nothing worked. Now I'm using PDA Net with no problems. - Windows 7 x64, LG Optimus
This app. needs a driver and service on the PC and to enable USB debugging mode and some configuring on the Android side. Seems unnecessarily clunky and I don't think I will get used to it.
Hard to use
Also need to download to pc, hard to configure
Yeah like its been said it's tricky. And sometimes it does drop out unexpectedly. But it does its job sweet. It doesn't bug me. 4 avenida it's awesom
