AndroWriter document editor
* The document editor module, which provides the following functionality:
- Wizards for standard documents such as letters, faxes, agendas, minutes, or carrying out more complex tasks such as mail merges. You can also create your own templates, or download templates from the Templates repository.
- Advanced Styles and Formatting.
- Table of Contents & References to increase the usefulness of your long, complex documents by generating a table of contents or indexing terms, bibliographical references, illustrations, tables, and other objects.
- Text frames and linking for publishing tasks like newsletters and flyers
- Notes and comments on the side of the document. This makes notes a lot easier to read.
- AutoCorrect dictionary to trap typing mistakes on the fly, checking your spelling as you type.
- AutoComplete to reduce typing effort. It also suggests common words and phrases to complete while you are typing.
- It supports OpenOffice OpenDocument formats (.odt, .ott, .oth, and .odm), but it can open the formats used by OOo 1.x (.sxw, .stw, and .sxg) and the following text document formats:

A guide about how to use this app can be found at http://www.offidocs.com. But note that the AndroWriter app has its own instructions when the document is being edited. It has several buttons for the operations:
- "Write mode", use a finger to modify the document.
- "Move mode", drag your two fingers to move the app and the document with your fingers.
- "Zoom In & Out", swipe your two fingers to zoom in or zoom out the app and document.
- "Save the document" -> "Click in File > Save the document opened keeping the current format" to save the document in the server. It will be saved locally when you click in Exit button.
- "KeyBoard", which opens or closes the phone keyboard that allows you to write any text.
- "Exit", which closes the editor view and saves locally the document as it is downloaded from the cloud.
* The file manager module, which provides the following functionality:
- Home directory when you first load the file manager.
- All operations with files and folders: copy, move, upload, create folder/file, rename, archive, extract, edit, etc.
- Bookmarks over the files or directories.
- View the file or directory properties: name, location, size, date.
- Light and Elegant client UI supporting phones and tablets.
- Grid, List and Icons views available.
- Sort by name, last modified, size or type.
- FTP access integrated.

No response from developer. On opening last night, it froze. Maybe all the ads...wish there were a paid version that actually does what it advertises. I'm uninstalling. Is there a reason that it is so slow opening/converting files? Other document editors are instantaneous. I want to love this app, but the slowness can be annoying when you're in a hurry to access info.
Extremely comprehensive. Layout is very familiar, as a long-time user of older word processors. However, typing is very slow because the text lags as you type. The buttons are small and hard to tap on. Does not support copy-paste. Overall, not very effective, though I enjoy the throwback design! Has potential.
This app has ads, with no option to upgrade. Until the developer decides to provide users an app free version, I will not use this app. I believe every app on Google Play Store should be coded in such a manner that every user has the right to pay and upgrade to remove all advertising so they can experience apps in a completely ad-free, non interrupted, workspace. Because of the ads, I am uninstalling this app, plus,until ad-free is a choice, I do not recommend the use of this spp. Best of luck
Complete junk! Lags, unable to do simple word type tasks, editing is useless, does NOT save or share no matter what you do. Not worth it even if they paid you $100 to use it. It will hurt your productivity to a point that you will regret trying it and loose too much time and money. Stay away from this app!!!!!!!
This app is very bad you can only open the pdf through this you can't edited that and after opening this app my phone starts hanging so much and i am trying to re-edit my project but app does not save that. And there witting feature is so bad and there is no feature as they shown is picture
Horrible app. I use this app for my essays and other documents only to find that this app DOES NOT SAVE YOUR WORK AT ALL. I made sure to save my work everytime I exit and when I want to open the document to continue IT WAS BLANK AND I HAD TO START ALL OVER.
It is a very nice and useful app but the adds are too much and try to make to work offline. I like it very much bcoz I can create any kind of document using this app just like we do with the computers. Thanks to the developers.
Clunky and no "Save as" to make files - send the document as is is an https w/o sending just the file. "Save" didn't save either.
Wonderful app if you want it to delete your file before opening it !!!!!!!! also, it requires an internet connection to function. Do not waste your time downloading.
Very useless app .. I just download and uninstall it now because I was unable to type a document there... When typing words are not appearing in the page.😤😤😤
This is the same as AndroDoc, also not working. Can't type even a single word, "help" icon really doesn't help. I close the app amd when I open it again to try opening a new file it says "error". Useless app please don't bother downloading it.
Such a bad experience ,,, definitely it's the worst app ever I seen..it does not edit anything..after choosing file,it takes you to the mobile edit system (default system) ...😠😠😠disappointed.
Crashes a lot. Could be a better app if crashes were fixed and more editing options (add borders, tables, etc)
Very poor app. Just wasted my data downloading this app. I can't paste, the response to typing is poor. So many features missing. Don't waste your time downloading, you'll regret it!!!!
Since I could not figure out how to create a new document on One Drive, I tried this app. When I found out it was just an offshoot of my PDF apps, I uninstalled it
so so so bad this app. too slow to load in the begining if you switch the apps and will come back in this app you have to wait too long to resume to do your work dont waste your time amd energy with this s h i t i cant explain why is still in the market anyway try something else this is rubbish app
Not a document editor, doesn't allow one tobefit anything whatsoever. It's just a PDF viewer. I seriously didn't need another off viewer. Nobody does wow this is pathetic how nobody can handle such a simple idea for an app
Exceptional app.I've tried downloading other apps sothat I can edit my cv-they never worked.I got frustrated as I had to upgrade my cv and send it ASAP "THEN "BOOM" I CAME ACROSS THIS APP😊I'VE BEEN A HAPPY WOMAN EVER SINCE!!!
Worst experience of installing this app. It doesn't work at all! Pleasd don't downlaod it. It is just wasting of time and effort.
I would even give it 0 stars if it was possible. I hate this app so much. You can't save your work. You can't even see what you are typing. Do not install it. It will just waste your time and data. Uninstalling now.
It doesn't say anything in the information about needing to be connected to the internet to work. Otherwise I never would have installed it!!!!
Did not Work. Could not create a document. don't tell me to give it permissions, I did. But now I am uninstalling it because it fails. FAILS.
After using this app, I came to the conclusion I am better off with a pen and paper. It would be a lot less frustrating.
This is such a useless app , this app is nonsense I downloaded it today and I was trying to upload my documents for 30 mins it hasn't opened.I am encouraging you to do better.

VERY MUCH SLOW Actually I have OnePlus 6T and it is having 6gb ram and 128gb space......being 6 gb ram it is impossible that a 5.0 M.B app runs too slow... Thanks.....
This app does not work it allows me to click the document but it doesn't open them it just says loading please wait I wated for 20 minutes
Zero star, For what use is an online editor?, Now if I've got a whole book to edit, it would cost more than accessing a cyber cafe. It utterly useless.
The app moves slowly couldn't type something without having to keep typing the same thing.
This app is not very good, for a start. As soon as I put a letter down on the page, it takes so long to type a three letter word! Also, I pressed the save button when I had finished a looooooong story, and guess what!? It didn't save!!!! How disappointing! I can't believe that this app has so many bad things about it and only 2 good things: easy access to the tool bar and lots of different fonts. So please fix this app that story was very important and now I have to do it again with another app.
