Terrible app. How the hell do you add a debit card? I don't even carry or use cash anymore. Account ID I mean is that meant to be your debit card number. And password - is that the same one you use to register the app. Looks like I'll be using the bus. Which to be fair only costs £4.
Booked a taxi for ASAP to catch a train, app said taxi dispatched. 15 mins later no taxi. Called them up and said it would be 15 more mins - by which point missed the train. No apology on the phone. Would not recommend.
GPS doesn't work for this app, I tried on my both smartphones. I just can't choose the right address for destination.
App is very good, easy to use, didn't see many ads if any at all hence the 3 stars.
I've booked multiple taxis with this app but sometimes they don't show up. Making me miss some events.
Sadly not able to sign up as not receiving text Confirmation code. Keen to use it though. Thanks
Unusable as never received a confirmation code to set up an account
App appears to not be working as two days running at different times it says no taxis available
every time I try to book says not available at this time were off times as an app
works before 8pm after then it always says you cant book a taxi until 2am

Every time I try and book a taxi it says "cannot make a booking at this time" I've been trying to on/off the last 2 days and it hasn't once aloud me to book one.
brilliant and simple app if used right. during busy times just book early. there isnt a taxi company in the country who can get you a taxi all the time. app gets turned off during busy times. so book early. nice job 👍
