Andy's instruction is amazing. Very user friendly and easy to follow. The video presentation is almost like you're in the room. Went from complete beginner who never held a guitar to strumming away at a few songs in no time. There are other add-ons you can purchase for more advanced play as well should you wish to learn even more. Would recommend to anyone. It's perfect for a beginner.

I have been learning from AndyGuitar for 3.5 years. Love this app. Easy to use and to navigate. Andy is an amazing teacher. Explains the lessons well, stays with the "beginner" lessons without tossing in more advanced tricks to show off. He saves his intermediate and advanced skills for those levels. Explains every lesson well. If you ate a beginner looking to learn or want to improve skills you have, I highly recommend AndyGuitar.

I've been taking the 10 day beginners course and I've honestly never thought I could learn so much from an online course. Andy is a very good teacher. The course is coherent, easy to follow and encouraging. The app is impressively laid out, extremely easy to navigate, and well thought out. I'm seriously impressed. Thanks for helping people learn during the quarantine

Great App with just one issue for me. Trying to view the Major Scale Download section in both phone and Chromebook and it's just left me hanging, then logged out and found the videos in Lessons section. All other areas are fine and working. Shame it's not in app store for Amazon as yet but great work and thanks Andy and your team. Oh by the way..It's Free!!!

Great app for anyone who likes to learn to play the guitar! I already liked his movies on YouTube, and now everything has been put together in this superhandy app, with comments, screenshots, movies, fingerpositions, etc for each lesson. Im still a beginner, so for now i'm using the free content only, but if I ever get through the beginners courses (and this is already a lot), i'm subscribing for sure!

So easy to use, excellent tool to practice! Not only is it great for beginners, but also for intermediate-expert level players. I love how each and every aspect of playing a song/chord/riff is broken down for better understanding. So happy it finally released on play store!

Many of the lessons don't have the videos in them. I've been learning so much from Andy and it would be more helpful if the videos, and not just the handouts, could be available from here. Also, I hope we could swipe from one tab to another for ease and comfort.

I really like Andy and his lessons are great, but the app lacks a little bit when compared to the PC version of the site. Mainly it doesn't have a dashboard so every time you login you have to find the lesson you want to work on in order to use it. There is no easy way to bookmark in the app. I'm not sure why this is, because clearly the PC version allows you to do various versions of bookmarking for several different categories. I instead bookmark the videos on YouTube and look them up there.

Seriously I cannot believe how quickly I have been able to play my guitar with the help of Andy. I only have 3 fingers.... don't ask!! but I can hold a tune thanks to Andy's easy chord structure for beginners and children. Fantastic app.

It's very useful and helps us to navigate through the courses according to what we need to learn, it's easier to access than the website and everything is explained very Well! It would be a great help though to have a link that would direct us to the video of each lesson :D Good job Mr Andy! And good luck!

I had posted a great review before I realized all the lessons beyond beginner were paid, its not even a paid version of the app, you have to pay over 20 bucks per course! That would've been fine had I not been told over and over that this was a free lesson app. I understand he needs to make money somehow but tricking us into a false sense of security only to pull the rug underneath us is unfair. I wish he would just spring for ads.

It has everything you could possibly need to accomplish what you want to on guitar. Each course branches off into other subheadings of which there are at least ten videos, guides etc. to achieve the section of study. Brilliant.

Of all the apps I find this one the best to help you learn as a beginner, the videos are super easy to follow and free up to a certain level, I found Andys videos online before downloading the app which has everything you need in one place, would give 6 stars if I could..

This app is so good!! It enables my guitar abilities! Andy is really The Best Guitar Teacher.. I was a total beginner when I started learning from this app...and now, I feel that I have improved a lot! I suggest u'll to download this app whether u r a total beginner or have touched the guitar after many months or so, it will definitely help u a lot!😊👍🏻👌🏻😃☺️

All in all I have to salute this guy for helping me along the way. The app is fantastic but If I was to be petty i would have to say this app could do with a check list to mark which task has been completed or comfortable with, or a highlight option So you know where you're at or what needs more work.

I do not have anything negative to say about this app.I only have 2 apps I am using right now This one and The fourchords app by JustinGuitar.Fourchords app is really more of a karoke app.But you can pick a song to practice and just put it on loop and practice forever if your fingers can stand it.I love Andy's style and would love to see this app have this feature added to it.Not a lesson always but a place to just play with abacktrac and the notes going by so you are just like with a band or friends and you can play with them.That is more fun than anything else I have ever done.It helps get the timing ,Lots of chord changes till you get fast and smooth at them.I know you can do that Andy,I have seen you with your band and that just looked like so much fun,Easy find lessons are great .But having fun as you learn and practice is the best.Love Ya guy.keep up the great work.

I know its new and needs work. My issue is that almost every single video is unavailable. And maybe the tab could be a great addition along witg the video. Other than that being subscribed to his youtube channel is really all thats needed because there doesnt seem to be anything different in the app

Literally the best app to learn guitar. Andy is a great teacher. He doesn't hurry and clearly explains everything patiently. I literally bought a guitar day before yesterday and believe it or not I learned to play two songs from Andy's lessons. Overall, lovely app and lovely lessons! Completely satisfied! 😊

Great, this has really helped me learn and enjoy learning the guitar. I would suggest one improvement, the ability to zoom in or expand the chord boxes withon the lessons would be good.

Its a great app for flourishing in guitar learning. Andy is the best guitar teacher you can ever get! His lessons are so good and understandable. I had a few issues with the video displaying on the app but it was fixed after i reinstalled it.

I picked up a guitar 3 years ago for the first time in 40 years and Andy taught me to play it! Great video tutorials, tabs, chord book, song book. Everything you need to get you going and keep you progressing. Thanks Andy.

Great app, and great Yorkshire accent. I didn't realise how many different artists Andy had covered until I got this app. It's really easy to access his back catalogue of videos now. It's much easier to pick my next song to learn. Well designed.

The app runs smoothly, and Andy is a great teacher. However, much of the more advanced content is paid. I would love for there to be some more advanced content for free as not everyone using this is app is a beginner. 😊

Been watching the YouTube channel for a few years now. I used to play acoustic but decided to go for electric this time. Very well structured lessons from a top bloke. Keep up the good work

I've been faking guitar for 20 years. I finally decided I wanted to really learn and it's not that easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Andy is great at explaining music theory and has taught me several techniques to strengthen my playing.

I think Andy is a great teacher especially for those who have never held a guitar,,, I think this app is fantastic, it's easy to navigate, simple to use and a very useful tool for anyone learning how to play the guitar... Thank you very much Andy... I love it...

Really good and helpful app but since the last update I can't access the free practice songs. The link in the app doesn't work. Only the lessons are accessible.
