Very slow, requests timing out for the past 2 days. Very disappointing experience. P.S. - I'm using the latest updated version of the app. Edit- app worked better yesterday, apparently some fix was applied. Thank you team for that. However, such apps should run smoothly and seamlessly all the time. Hopefully, the team will work towards that. All the best.. Rating upgraded from 2 to 4 stars.

Whenever I am opening the app and going to studio mode or dress up mode, the outline become pixels. The app itself is good, but this makes it very laggy and the OCs sometimes are messed up. Also, after editing my OCs in Gacha Club it doesn't save after I open the app again. Please fix these problems.

From last 1 week the app become like such a pain. 1. Every time we refresh the portfolio the total gain and loss value change every time I have to refresh so many time to get the correct value. 2. The view transaction most of the time showing no data available I am unable to see my older transaction value. 3. Most of the time under the portfolio we are unable to open our script only the front values visible but if we want to open our particular script it is just not working and others isssues

The app freezes and needs refreshing all the time.. It got worse instead of getting better after update.. The values of Profit or loss are different everytime we refresh the portfolio. Sometimes the value shown is of the previous day. It's really a very bad experience. Probably it's time to switch to other app.

It's too slow, it takes 20-30 sec to show confirm order and another 30 sec to place order. Very slow, watch list display is fast,but frequently times out to refresh portfolio and usually very slow. 10th may 2022 as of now it's not working, showing price differences of 20 rs , not showing at all for few others, in portfolio showing prices as zero. PATHETIC, GETTING WORSE.

Half of the time the fundamentals and details of a stock do not load. Sometimes there are issue with chart loading as well. And these issues don't get resolved in quickly also, for days this will linger. I keep checking if the app needs upgrade but its at the latest version.

There is so many bad things about this app. 1. Recently lots of technical issues coming, which result in loss. Many users of angel one had massive loss because of that. 2. There customer care exicutives are amateur. They had no idea what they talking. 3. When there server is down or any technical issue is there, there customer care will not pick your phone. 4. Fund allocation page is very confusing. U will have to right down every day abt your trades. There are many other issues also.

Worst app. I have lost morethan 20000 inr due non function of option intraday. I tried to execute the order but failed. Several times I tried suddenly it executed the order and added the lots against my attempt. I tried only 2 orders but it executed 10 0rders. Moreover I tried to exit with proft but the order never exits. After some time it exists itself when the LTP decreased with loss. Worst app. Don't try. You will lose your money.

Slow functioning. App is slow and takes buffering time to load and show data inplace of instant results even when there is no network issue. Moreover many a times there is no data on display and the aap doesn't try to load the same. Truly disappointing.

Overall experience is good so far! At this moment, my only suggestion would be "to work on performance issue". I have witnessed app hanging issue many times. This mostly happened during the trade. So if team can look into it, would be much appreciated. Also, i would be happy to share the steps to reproduce if team contacts me. Once these experiences are improved, i would be happy to rate 5 🌟 happily!!

Have been using it for 3 months. It's very unreliable app, freezes and shows blank price value while trading. Today I lost 4 trades just because of its hanging issue. Other trading apps were all fine and showing all the data, no internet problem was even there. I think it's time to move on. Customer support just wasting time over phone asking useless queries, can't resolve problems.

I have to figure reach game on average costs 20000 points. Some gain, some loose considerably more, so in the end the only win is in looking at the cute stuff. But it costs. Very very slow and disgusting app. Takes lot of time in opening. Share price upload takes lot of time. Never match with zerodha. They operate their app much faster with more than 16 lakhs of client base whereas angel broking is not able to open its app with much lower client base. It doesn't work even on holidays. Very very poor app. Still the problem is same even after reinstalling and refreshing many times. I think Angel one can't improve its app.

As on 5-may-22, After a brief run of smooth functioning, this app has started hanging and also not responding to any click. It happened even after updating the app. Now my patience is eroding fast. Every now and then App doesn't work or some functions don't work. It happens mostly at market opening. I feel company is doing this deliberately so that small investors lose.

The chart doesn't work well for this. The indicator doesn't well also. Gives problem inside the chart. It doesn't open quickly. Option doesn't work well in option simplified function. There are many problems in the chart. It gives Very bad experience. 👎👎👎

It does upgrade its features, heroes, quests etc quite often, so that u cannot Max out, and lvling up is hard, which is both good and bad. HOWEVER, it's almost impossible to get even somewhere without paying, and it gets really frustrating not being equal and justice regarding the 5* heroes. All in all, my opinion is to try it out, but don't get hooked on trying to become the best, cause ur about to cash out.

Earlier before the present update, the app experience was much smoother. But now, it is much more frustrating. Often, I am not able to see stocks in my portfolio. Order window shows nothing. Positions are not updating in real time. Please resolve such issues.

Worst app earlier it seems to be good but now the technical problem is increasing day by day . Also you are not able to execute your order of exit it on time it directly goes to loss and u can't do anything. When I have to exit my order the screen was blank and no data available. after that i closed all apps and open it again that i have to exit my position it goes on loss but due to this worst app i am not able to exit my postion and get loss of money.

Worst experience. Application is very slow. Many glitches needs to be resolved. I have fund, but when I am trying to withdraw 1) to load withdraw information it takes time 2) even though I have fund, it shows settled unsettled balance as 0. Very frustrating Application.

Very poor response from team. I opened account and received client id and password. But while login, its giving me error as "incorrect username or password". I contacted customer support team but no response. Also as reward, they gave me access key to unlock the rewards which was also not working. Before trading (onboarding) anything, this was very disappointing experience. App is very slow and lags a lot. Need to improve much in technology.

Worst Trading App, its very slow and freezing all the time. The problem is getting worst even after reporting it. Its taking forever to place order or even sl, meantime its leading to losses. I reinstalled the application several time but no use 😕 😔

But since last one week I am not able to login to my account and it says unable to register upi. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Was forced to use the google app out of desperation, yet am unable to login. I've had the best experience with the app till now, I hope the developers look into it and rectify it so that I get back using the ever so reliable app.

Worst experience in last 3-4 days the app hangs allot I even not able to place orders. Also if the order is placed I even not able to book profits as the order gets cancelled such a bad experience. Just because of this I have lost good profits just because of this app glitch

Basket order facility missing...and very buggy app.. If you compare zerodha's kite with this angel one app, you will see the real difference.. zerodha's kite will open 5 times faster than this angel one app.. And most off time it shows slightly wrong P/L data in portfolio.. you have to refresh again and again to see the real data.. needs a lot off improvement..

Most of the times Order placement is very slow, and at other times orders are getting rejected. I've incurred huge losses due to your technical issues and there is no proper customer support. There is no immediate help. If you are planning to trade Bank Nifty Options don't even consider Angel. Highly disappointed with the worst experience.

I see Averaging errors they are not correct and it's hard to see Stock details/ Fundamentals. Everytime need to refresh the app to view correct details. Not happy with the app. Highly disappointed and not living up to the reputation.

Since last few weeks, there is major lag, slowness in the app. Stock transcation history details are unable to view, most of the features are affected. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience already in my initial career of trading. No real tym update of prices, charts don't work-hang up on one price only, multiple refreshes, everyday there is some technical snag, app itself is very poor and annoying. Made several losses because of the same issue on different days. Reached customer support team, despite that no respite. Unfortunately have to write here. Changing my broker.
