A paulista Karla Angelica Korek Farias, mais conhecida como Angel K, é a mais velha das três filhas de um administrador e de uma dona de casa. Estudou em uma escola de freiras e, desde menina, frequentou ensaios do Coral e estudou teatro. Fez ballet por 12 anos. Cedo sua veia artística já despontava.Dentista de formação, chegou a clinicar por 4 anos mas resolveu jogar tudo para o alto em 2009 quando participou do projeto Reggaeton. Incentivada por familiares e com muita força de vontade, abraçou o desafio e resolveu investir na carreira artística.Com uma essência simples, Angel K é uma artista dedicada. Compõe músicas alegres e divertidas, cujas letras retratam assuntos cotidianos e defendem a imagem e a sensualidade da mulher.Seu gosto musical é eclético, ama qualquer gênero. Suas musas inspiradoras são Beyoncê, JLo e Ivete Sangalo.Angel K fez a sua primeira participação musical com o grupo pagode Atitude 4, em um dueto como vocalista. Depois de trilhar e batalhar pelo seu espaço no mercado, em 2010, subiu sozinha no palco pela primeira vez no Show Campanário Diadema. Havia 10 mil pessoas. Foi nesse mesmo ano que lançou seu primeiro CD, com músicas compostas por seu marido (seu maior incentivador), por produtores parceiros e composições próprias.A música “Vem meu Sheik” é a sua favorita do repertório.
