The app works with your existing AngelSense Guardian GPS wearable device, and requires the account user and password provided to you after purchasing an AngelSense subscription.

The AngelSense Guardian GPS wearable device is being used by special children and their families on a daily basis, allowing parents to constantly monitor their child's location, surrounding voices and possible threats in real-time and at all times.
The AngelSense wearable device is securely attached to the child’s clothing in a convenient place that does not interfere with the child’s daily activities nor distracts them in any way.
Use the AngelSense mobile app to:

2 words don't work!!! I'm so frustrated with this app not doing anything but giving me a blank white screen. Please don't let me get started on the product itself. I wish like every thing I would have purchase with a different company before I signed up for a year. I must say Customer service is always nice even though I have called in about a million times. Is anyone else having app issues.
Definitely worth it!! Going on six months using it and really appreciate never having to wonder where, and what's going on. Get a few extra pins when first starting out. So far I had one that didn't hold up, luckily for me the tracker fell into the pocket. The other pins so far are holding up. They do give you an extra when buying the whole set up.
The GPS doesn't work and it's off by miles not even close to accurate. Super disappointed in this product.
I do not recommend this device/app. We had lots of issues with it connecting to a phone. It would message saying it couldn't connect. Also, if you don't cancel before the first 30 days, you are in a one year contract. They will not allow you to cancel. You will be stuck paying monthly fees for a device isn't working. Don't bother with customer service. They are not able to help.
Unfortunately it was great until they disabled all notifications types. Not sure why they would do that. Now we get nothing at all and this totally defeats the purpose of such a device and service. I would recommend not to get this and to check out one of their competitors.
Absolutely fantastic! Since the last update I have lost the ability to share the coupon though. It would be great if I could customise the school guardians more because my son isn't always with the same person, then when he goes with his respite worker during the week, I have to set her up as a school guardian and that gives access to the other school guardians on a day that he isn't in school. All in all, this is wonderful and I love it!
Most of the time it works but sometimes being in a metal building such as a mobile home the signal is not perfect... We get GPS errors on a semi-regular basis... But overall it's the best by far
This app doesn't work. It won't let me sign on it just keeps lodging
Doesn't work with new update. I do not receive any sos or movement notifications. The only notification I receive is when its charging when it's really not. No help from customer service. I wrote them 3 times.
Love it. Love it love it. I feel more safe when he has it on & I can see his routine. I had a scary situation with him on the bus. But knowing I can tune in makes it better & I know where his at all time. It gives me a piece of mind xoxo..
Hello. My angelsense doesn't send me notifications to my phone anymore. I've tried going into the settings of my phone and it says that notifications are allowed but I don't receive anything. Wondering what I should do?
App is fine. Company doesn't respect fathers. Avoid this company. Not to be trusted.
So, downloaded the app. Set up account. Texted me a security code it wouldn't accept. Pressed "send again". Just got an error "Something has gone wrong, please try again". And that's the end of my experience.
