Anghami - Free Unlimited Music

Unfortunately the app has taken a bad turn recently. The search engine has gone to the dump. When I try to look for a song, the app gives me every version except the original, try looking for "Always look on the bright side of life" for Monty Python for an example, there are many many more example for English and Arabic songs. Also the library is complete mess, tons for duplicates, it looks like my music library in 2005 that came from nogomi. Besides, who came up with the very subpart logo????

My experience overall is good, but there is a bug that sometimes when i just lock the phone, after few seconds, the music stops, and when i just click on the lock button it comes back. And there is also a weird interaction whether the app is in the tabs or not when playing music.

I'm a + user and this app is amazing. It's definitely a complete listening experience. My only complaint is that the transition between songs is not smooth at all, when a song ends the next one doesn't start playing right away, and it gets annoying listening to an album that is designed to flow for one song to another (ex: Chromatica - Lady Gaga). And I don't really like the fading effect between songs when "crossfade between songs" is activated. If you can fix this it would be very appreciated.

I used to love this application .. but now I hate it, a lot of ads, and I cannot handle playing songs comfortably, many restrictions in it, despite the availability of all the songs in it, but the interaction is more important, now I cannot search in it ... its very difficult , and the updated version forced me to switch to another app to enjoy my favorite songs ....i don't recommend it

Its a great app ! Better than Spotify because half of Spotify premiums features are on here for free ! No ads as well !!! But it would be better if I could scroll through a song or replay a sing without anghami plus. Also when I play a song it sometimes changes it and tells me " Playing a similar song to help keep this free for you " I don't like that. Apart from that it's pretty good.

I have one feedback. If it's possible for you to change the color background that shows while reading the lyrics. A lot of the times the color picked is annoying to look at. I like the desktop version better, the song poster is only blurred.

I think it's a really good app with a good music library, I think user profiles should be more customizable and for the settings to be more direct and easier to approach (deleting an account), the chat system is okay. All round great app with an awesome new logo. Keep it up 🧑‍💻

This is extremely frustrating that you get Subscribed without even knowing it, and the dedcut starts via telecom companies. Then it is almost impossible to cancel Subscription via the app, and no direct chat or customer service. Horrible experience when I have no interest at all in any music apps.

After the last update it keep pausing songs itself, while the screen is usually locked, so i've to open the app again to resume the song, also after ending a call which i receive while a song is running, the song resumes for less than 30 secs then it pauses by itself.

I dont understand whats happening for a while now someone's hacked into my account and been using my subscription a, I can tell and see the history and the liked songs which are so not my type of music at all and its getting so annoying to delete everytime! Its happening again with my new subscription. And please work on providing delete button for unwanted music thats played by other people using my account at least so I manage my playback music!

You have a limited skip button now? I'm not able to pay and you're putting alot of restrictions and it's like you're forcing us to either pay or not use the app... You're making it hell for the people who can't pay. So I'm not going to bother anymore. I'll switch to spotify.

I totally recommend it but only if you're going to subscribe plus because the non premium is terrible and full of ads you won't be able to play one song. i like anghami plus it's perfect and the music is original, the sound is so pure. Thank you 💖😊

The app is really good when it's paid for. I finished the time I paid for. Now, It keeps on playing songs that I don't like and didn't choose to listento, saying, we'll play recommend songs for you 😣

App has been very annoying lately. Always stops playing randomly and says the phone is blocking it, which was never an issue before. Not sure what went wrong but at this point really considering switching to Spotify which is more widely accessible anyway.

This app now is like impossible to use There is two things that annoy me , 1- every time I open a song a different song is played due to the "shuffle mode" please remove this mode it's too annoying!! , 2- when I am listening to whatever.. and scrolling while listening.. an add appears suddenly and i touches it and the add is played

I subscribed to Vodafone plus plan, now I can't play any English songs and it stated that it will only play Arabic songs and the English songs will play only for 30 seconds. What is the point of that ,instead if you want to restrict English songs put some ads in it not to set play time limits to the English songs .it's really frustrating and pointless to be a plus customer.

APRIL 15, 2022 UPDATE: Music consistently stops playing when connected to a Bluetooth device. Phone just goes silent. When I tap to wake my screen back on, music resumes playing. Issue started coincidentally with the latest update and me buying a new S22. I've also gave special permission to the app to never go to sleep yet no change. Please look into this to see whether it's an Android issue or Anghami.

Really good application, I prefer it on most of music applications, my experience on mobile is great, however it's not the best on PC and smart TV, the app on PC is quite slow and always there's a problem with login through QR code or email, on TV is also much worse honestly regarding search and shuffle, I really wish to fix the PC app at least to have as good experience as on mobile phones. Thanks!

I did put 5 star before but now its 4 bc its so stupid to not see the words of the song or to play the previos song or to push the song line to somewhere else... all of that u cant do bc u should join the member ship and u cant download songs too in phon but u can on the computer.. but overall its good music app and the new theme of the app is rly good bc now its less ads and u can skip some of them

Whenever I play a video or anything with an audio anghami pauses and I have to press play in order to resume listening. It used to resume playing automatically. It's Very annoying.

Music stops playing after few minutes phone is locked / not in use, and will only start playing again when phone is reactivated since the last few days. I guess a bug that needs to be fixed?

There's this annoying bug where the app suddenly closes. For example I'd play a song and then close my phone when i do anghami stops. Or when just normally om the app and then leave after picking a song it crashes.

The app is awesome! Wish that the web and desktop versions are as good, they're buggy somehow, lack features like the equalizer, and have inferior sound quality.
