The newly released app on 13th Dec'21, freezes. The app is to be forcibly closed and restarted again. Support team to look into this issue and fix the bug.
Its a very good app very helpful many information we will easily get from this app ...for me its really good. And i am so lucky to be a part of anglo eastern family .
In latest update,After selecting any tab,app freezes. Had to be forced closed.
Details in the app are not being updated in timely manner or genuinely. Not a transparent system.
I am not able to login, worst update, it shows invalid ID or Password, how it's possible, help me fast ,I m joining ship
The app is hanging for last few days. very inconsistent. kindly do something and make it user friendly. especially to run in weaker networks as most ships dont have access to high speed internet.
Too slow and most of the data is old and doesn't load..not updating data realtime
App works fine but office should upload the information correctly and on time, otherwise no point.
I am unable to login using my BOM ID, and my email is not receiving otp. Please check the issue, BOM21930

It keeps stopping and unable to even open after new update
After latest update, my star ratings is showing zero. It was 5 stars prior the update.
With new update I am not able to login. Tried using the option of forgot password but it doesn't work at all also not able to get the reply from support by using forgot password on my registered mail id. It's my Humble request to the developer kindly fix this issue Or provide a helpline number. Awaiting for prompt response
it's a bit slow in updating latest detail. it would be great if you could also include the mobile number which is updated in the system or if possible if we could update our latest mobile number in the system. thanks a lot in advance.
Hello after upgrading new version I'm not able to login as it is showing you have already registered check your mail for password but i have not yet received the password and not able to login. Kindly do the needful.
my ID is UBOM010188 and registered my ID, also recieved the password. when I tried to log in it shows no details the page still blank..also I re installed the app so many time but the same thing only happening repeatedly. help me out...
The app is well developed, immensely though many features are not updated time to time specially on time informations about sign on/off, still very informative app with a great future which indicates a very strong digital support perhaps the best from the company.
Excellent app for Seafarer Reg sign on/off. Most of the information is provided in the app. But there is a problem while login it is keep on asking feedback try to rectify it.
Sometimes it just shows a page even if we have already done with it upon opening the app..earlier it was d& a .now it's health..for this the reply I got from developer is also useless.developer can't understand what I said it seems..
App is very good. It contains almost all the required information. Only thing required is to update information as applicable. Information gets updated very late.
I was logged out after recent update and now when I am clicking the option of forgot password,I am not getting any mail for new password,instead you are already registered message is popping up.
Pathetic experience. Not able to log in after even following correct path. Highly unsupportive interface.
The app for family members doesn't show any details of the ship joining , flight details,etc. After updating the app..the page is blank
I did not get the mail for my password when i first registered. And when I try to change the password, it says already registered, check your mail. But I'm not getting any mail
Excellent app...but login onboard becomes very difficult...specially when u are using exchange data ap onboard....with infinity data app its awesome
App is a good tool. However, the star rating is not consistent. After every update, the rating reduces to zero. After latest update in February 2022, my 5 star rating has turned to Zero star. As per new TOE, a 5 star rated seafarer is liable to get additional performance bonus. This issue needs to be fixed. Mails and calls to support team go unanswered.
