Fun game but not really fair in the terms of the power ups. You could get the very best score without them then someone with money can buy power ups and completely destroy you in points afterwards. It's glitchy after the update and I suggest adding in a cancel button in the star cup if an opponent isn't found fairly soon. As I'm typing, I'm stuck in the star cup mode trying to connect with an opponent. If I just close out the game it still takes away a star ticket which are hard to come by.
Always been a good game but over the last few days there have been a few glitches with it. Firstly and most importantly you can't see what other friends scores are in each level. You know your top overall but individual levels it just shows your own score and every one else has zero points even though I know this isn't right. Other point is you do a level and kill every pig and it's says failed, also not right. Please fix as good game being let down by stupid glitches
What was once a 5 star game I would now give it a 0 if I could have tried 2 days to load the game I can't since the update its soo slow, they have changed the format of the game it's hard to earn coins the game is much harder, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't get it to load, get your fingers out and fix this game back to the fun it once was.
Repeatedly battling same people on same levels with same power ups. Game keeps freezing and I lose anything I had or used. It seems you can destroy every single thing on a level and still lose (even with someone on the same level as you).. not sure how that works, but sounds like a scam to me. Overall, disappointed - deleting the app. Not worth my time.
It's fun. Extremely annoying Ads though . It's like 3 companies bought ads so you get the same ones time after time. Never watch them anymore, just close ap and reopen to skip them. Suspect a bit of throttling in game play. No matter what you do, nothing will promote your score after a few tries. You have to come back next day to improve.
This was a 4 to 4.5 star game for me until the star cup update. Went from 6 entires to 5 entries per day and 3 levels to 1 level per ticket. The opponents are virtually impossible to compete with, forcing use/purchase of power ups to even come close. Terrible, terrible replacement for the star cup and likely won't play that any longer.
Every single time just before opening box 6, an advert from capitec bank shows and freezes. You can't forward, pause or exit. You have to close the game and u lost your progress and have to start at box 1 again. This happen more and more. Please fix this issue as I'm really enjoying the game but this is a big uge issue if you cannot go further
Of all the "bird", this one rips you off the most. ALL Angry Bird games are, but this is the worst. You better be able to sink a lot of cash in them if you want to get much of anywhere. Of course the developers don't really care anymore. These are really good games, but money now is their main objective. MORE, MORE, MORE! 4.4 stars out of 5? I don't believe it! If you have to play, don't pay one cent for anything! Too expensive. Frustrating. PLEASE, DON'T GIVE A DIME FOR EXTRA ANYTHING!
While the have itself is good and addictive, it simply crashes frequently. Everytime, one is incentivised to view an ad, the game crashes and all progress gets lost. Very frustrating, this has been happening way too much, not worth playing if it just doesn't allow you to play
All aspects are awesome, except the new updated "Star Cup: Brawl!". I'm trying to win a level against an opponent, but it seems the opponents having more score than me at end of every level. Every opponent is having like difference between my score and their score like <500,000. Even if a normal player use all their power ups, It is impossible to score like that... For example, if I'm scoring a level with 1,642,609... any opponent scores 2,506,926... It is waste of time.
I loved this game. I play with my mom. I also really liked the star cup tournament. They took away the star cup tournament and replaced it with a horrible "tournament" thing with one level a tournament, and less opportunity to move up in ranks. And tickets cost the same to play. So I get to play less and lose the same amount of coins. It really is awful. Now they took it away and there's no tournament at all.
Screen keeps slowly moving and makes it impossible to steady my aim. I only started playing this maybe 30-40 minutes ago and it's already not fun anymore. Gonna try a different one and just uninstall this one.
I've been playing this game since it started back in 2009. I've watched it make great progress and innovation over the years... unfortunately, now it appears to lean toward the money factor more than the competition Factor... the more money you spend, the better you can do... not necessarily that you are really that good ... disappointing...
Game. Doesn't load on wifi anymore. I've been Uninstalling the reinstalling it and disconnecting from FB account. It will work for a few minutes after but then stops again. To bad I really enjoyed the game. Support team is no help as well. After latest updates, 20 April 2022, game barely loads. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes stuck in the loading screen and then another 3 to 5 minutes in between games before you can click on the options.
Was fine until the last app update. Out if the blue...random right now at the end of a tournament cycle...LOADING...3 times 2day...at least...idk how long they last....but I am usually fed up after a min...#2 the spin wheel. Many times I have watched the advertising to get a spin...and had the connection "fail." Lose the turn...fricking frustrating. Stop with the "loading" in the middle of my sessions...3-5 times a day....at least...that's just how many times it has happened to me.
I've loved this game and have played some version 12 plus years. You can't get coins or bonus birds anymore, and you can't finish levels without these. Disappointed, at the play store looking at new games. I'll miss you angry birds friends. You used to be fun.
I enjoy the game, and I try to play 3 to 4 times a week. Fun, exciting and changeling! Some levels are extremely hard to get, others are somewhat easier. Bottom line, it's a fun game, better when ur winning, and the levels are flowing through... I'd recommend Friends to anyone who likes a changeling, fun, and exciting video. Good gameplay overall. Though, sometimes when I go to play a level, the music stops playing for some reason. Other than that, it's a fun game and it runs very smoothly.
The new star cup brawl keeps crashing with the message connection interrupted attempting to reconnect.ive tried clearing cache and reboot but it's not having it.The message comes up after I've wpon a game so you lose your rewards as wellness
for whoever came with the idea of running ads of 30 sec., followed by a countdown screen of another 7 sec., then by another Play store screen, and by yet another 6 sec. countdown screen to make you download a lousy game, even if you could download it from the first screen - are you really this stupid? since you show no respect for people's time, don't you realize this idiocy makes people hate those games instead of the opposite?...
(I'm not getting the star cup ever since yesterday and i am all updated...)I love this game! Play every single day!Thanks! Been playing for YEARS! ALSO LOVE THE NEW CHALLENGES! But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us our small man vrs man game play back!! It is alot of fun and also a great way to win at least a little bit of coin...not everyone can just afford to drop a paycheck every time we just want to have some fun. PLEASE CONSIDER AND I'LL DEFINITELY CHANGE MY RATING.
Full of bugs. Spin wheel keeps turning. Finished stages does not show up. And now working your way up the ladder to rescue friends, a whole section gone missing. What a lousy job by developers. And it forces you to buy stuff in order to succeed.
I stopped playing this game years ago. Started playing again only to find that due to a "glitch" in their system, my payments 3x now, did not give me coins, power-ups or any products I purchased. I've emailed, and contacted their "support" team and help team to no avail. It's been over a month and still no money back in my account. So you take your chances, I myself don't trust this company to honor, or respect their customers.
I've been playing Angry Birds friends for r over 2 years. On this device and others. I loved the game before you updated Star Cup Brawl! Now I hate Star Cup Brawl! Thinking of uninstalling the game. We still need to be able to collect coins from star cup! But it's cool! I hate it! Bye! Angry Birds Friends!
I feel like it intentionally gives me the weaker birds with a strong opponent in the tournament through spin wheel. And please increase the power of all birds. Only black bird is powerful and others are useless. Some of the levels are too much extreme . It's impossible to get 3 stars there ..also please increase the coins after every win . Only 2 or 4 is not enough to play regularly. Otherwise this is a fun game and I would recommend it.
It used to be a fun game, now no more. They have reduced the power of the birds and even after using 4 to 5 power ups many times one cannot get 3 starts. It's boring to play again and again to get three stars and most of the times one still can not get it. I guess it was time for the developers to get greedy so they changed the game play. Once all the coins are used, I will uninstall. This game has become a drag! Yesterday game crashed n list AOL coins n power ups! Thumbs down!
Great game! Just one reccomendation let me play against my friends directly. Even if its not ranked just for fun. Edit: After this last update there are many bugs. While in a level I can never see other's high scores it simply shows zero for everyone even the computer scores. I have to finish a level to see if i got the highest score. Also in the vs battles it never loads an opponent. But if I leave the game while its "searching for opponent" it reset my progress. Please fix.
