Ads. If there was an option to buy it for a reasonable price, I would buy it. The fact that you can't buy it and you watch an unskippable ad 15 to 30 second ad after each level is why I am deleting it. The Angry Birds franchise totally lost their way. They went back and changed all the originally-free games and made them ad horrific. Disappointing that they are sellouts.
I can't remember. But was it always so hard to control? The zoom is off, too little to see and aim, and at zoom, as you try to aim, it changes your zoom, messing it up. Repeatedly asking you if you want to buy a bird over the top of your gameplay, when you restart to try something else, is highly annoying, and made me abandon angry bird gsnes years ago. It was one of the best one, but having so massively zoomed out arenas, and difficulty to get birds and structure zoomed in, and stable is bad
Massive adware packed in a game. Popup linking to a non-skippable video ad shows up every level (after the tutorial part). Throughout 4 levels I've encountered 2 unskippable 30 second video ad without touching to any popups nor have I seen any before the ad plays. Totally unplayable. Most games are made to be fun, but certainly not this one.
I use to really enjoy this game. When all the functions worked or were enabled properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times and the "use the scope for 5 minutes" is still not accessible or enabled at all. Also,trying to make purchases is non existent because all I get is a spinning like wheel that never stops in order for me to make a purchase. I know the game is old but some people, like me, still like playing it but some of it's features and functions are not working.
I always use to love this game but so much has changed. There is simply to many ads and in order to keep your scope you constantly have to watch ads about every 5 mins, no joke. It is beyond ridiculous. I've played a lot of games but I can honestly say this game has the most ads. i will be unistalling the game after i leave this review.
I accidentally lost this app for about a week. I was thrilled when I finally found the game again even if it has some differences in visuals. I am sorry that you will be terminating at the end of 2020. I hope there is some type of similar app available to replace this most entertaining program.
the major downside is on the last scenario, once you've completed that level, you either have to wait about 5 hours for the next one to unlock, or pay for the privilege. what a con. other than that rather major grievance i thought both games were brilliant.
I'm tired of all the ads. every other screen, anything you want extra I understand but every third time I play there is a 30 min addbbbid rather pay 2.99 for the game with no ads. I bought it from apple for $.99 when it first came out and it was great. no way now and I'm sure they are all like this now. deleting them all.
love the game, always have. recently downloaded to Acer Chromebook and can't seem to get any videos to work for extra coins or and "cash" purchases like the mighty eagle. aside from that, I have three stars on every level. I guess I will just continue to uninstall and reinstall so I can continue to play.
Now a days most of the people try to find some mind games which will comfort them and build an incredible interest in themselves. The new games which are releasing now are quite funny,but certainly this game is not like that. Most of the games have ads, so I won't judge this game for ad. The people who don't have anything negative to say about this game complain about its ad. For me it is a very challenging and satisfiying game cause I have to think for a long time to pass a level. I love it!
I have been playing this game for years and other Angry Birds games, and I am VERY disappointed at the scope time limit of 5 minutes-which is taken up by 2-3 adds. it used to be 10 minutes of scope. I may stop playing since I spend as much time watching ads as playing the game. Come on!
Wow. The best angry birds game i ever played!!! The best thing is that the theme feels exactly like in the "Rio movies". One thing though that is a bit less interesting is that you dont have the aiming power by default. Rest every thing is the best. Keep it up.
It's a shame this game was wiped from Google Play and the Apple App Store for experimental reasons. One thing I want Rovio to know when they bring it back is that the game is pestering me every level to use the SlingScope for a Free 5 minutes. It goes away if you use the offer after watching boring 3rd party advertising. That is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, like I really want to. I used to enjoy this, but now, well, it's still as I remember it but I do NOT want to use the Slingscope, TYVM.
30 sec commercials! i just downloaded it. passed the first level then have a 30 second commerical i have to see before continuing! 30 seconds is a long time, too long i could play a whole level in that time. So no i uninstalled.
I got a new phone and hadn't played Angry Birds Rio since that time so decided to download it again. This time around, I constantly get interrupted with too many ads. So I will be uninstalling it and will never play it again.
Very good game and I enjoy it playing hours n hour. But the problem is when you get finished with the packs of like those which are at the top of the screen you can't just get it again. It's too hard to get it again. Plz fix this problem 😒 otherwise it's a good game
Fun game, but wayyyyy too many ads! Also must be some kind of glitch with the game because it freezes up often. Only download it if you don't mind being bombarded with ads and are really really bored!
fun...WHEN I get to play. makes you watch an ad between EVERY level. Way too much. Let me buy an ad free version, but I am not stupid enough to watch that many ads. Other games give you a lot more play time. uninstalled.
Used to love Angry Birds and Rio. Paid for them both but now just get nothing but ads everywhere and it won't exit the game and annoying music without killing the app in Android. Rovio just wants to rip even their paying customers off. When I buy software I expect to own it forever without any commercials. With Rovio you have to pay over and over as every few months my registration becomes invalid and reverts back to acting like an unpaid version. All throughout the play it wants you to buy
When this game came back in 2012. I enjoyed it very much but now in 2019, i installed this game again for nostalgia and i got so much irritated with the level of advertisements i saw in the game. There are 30 seconds non skipable ads after every round. I uninstalled it immediately
Play is choppy. Can't see entire screen. I don't want an extra bird - get rid of the ad & quit all the other ads. I just want to play the game - - - DUH. It has improved a lot. Thanks!
way too many damn ads. game offers a free daily prize (click the box) BOOM thirty second ad for a different game. Updates on google play is ruining game play. Angry birds never had these many ads, I'm deleting five minutes after downloading and four thirty second ads later.
Angry Birds has never been so repulsive. The "physics" are far pathetic than previous version. Even the fruits, etc are placed in strategically unreachable places and most of the times are unseen. Can't get more pathetic. A complete time waster.
The fact that I still am unable to 3 star some levels despite spamming powerups over and over again shows how much of a chore this game has become, an exercise of futility as you keep grinding for coins and powerups only to still get 2 stars because of pixel perfect aiming and luck needed in many, many levels...
Very fun game... But it is lazy to play the last chapter of the game, because it takes a long time to unlock next level.. and I Can't use the Eagle eye when the levels are being played.
I forgot to describe how beautiful the game is. This is one of the most ambitious crossover in the entire world, it is as if god was a game developer and wanted to make this game. Unfortunately, this game was made unavailable to redownload since rovio had deleted the option to redownload the game, thus making only available by the library on Google play. But still, this game is a masterpiece.(Even though rovio is greedy now 😢)
The ads are to long and too frequent spend more time watching ads then to play the game, I only played it for 10 mins and half of that was ads! Nice way to keep people from playing your game is flood them with ads.
Fun Game. Not sure if anyone else has this issue but everytime I watch an ad it freezes the game afterwards and I have to restart the game several times to fix it. Other than this issue I would have given 5 star. I don't mind ads but when they become an obstacle to play the game, It makes me not want to play it.
