Animal 4D+

It's a really cool app that entertains the whole family! It's nice to have a range of animals, from the familiar cow to animals less familiar to the kids, like a narwhal. The quiz is nice and there is additional information on the animals. Usability is not great: The "back button" does not work so that we had to close the app to leave a certain feature. The app doesn't always recognise the cards, which is annoying when playing the quiz. You can take videos, but they are not always saved.

Whenever I chang the device I can't use the app and the card code it say password is not working 😕 I have bay all different cards and coloring book and not apple to use in new device 😑

I am unable to find the recorded videos we did with my daughter for a school project. The photos goes in its own folder on the phone but the videos are no where to be found. We are using Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. I even checked my files folder and dug through the system but nothing. Please assist and correct that feature or remove it all together.. other then that the kids love it.

I bought the app to get the full features few months ago, and now I cannot get the features I paid for on my new phone. also, the cards I bought do not have a Serial number on it! I emailed the company 5 months ago and never heard back. this is just a scam

I have the 4D headset. I put the phone in and could not see the animals clearly. It said I needed a serial number and could not find one. Oh, and the 2nd time I put phone in.. the flap snapped off VERY easily. Even if it didn't break immediately, it just wasn't that cool. Being honest this was just a waste of cash.

I installed today and it did not launch at all. It kept coming up with App cannot launch error message. I restarted my phone, and still did not work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I have 2 very disappointed children waiting to use this.

Great app, but I don't get the serial number. I saw in the instruction card but it not there. I bought the 2015 card animal and it printed in Indonesia. I caked it twice on the instruction card it only show how to use the card like open the app, scan, and etc, but no serial number.

It's says you need a serial number which is on the back of the flash cards but there isn't one so my children can't use the cards as it keeps popping up wanting the number. where can I get the serial number. This was an xmas present and the first time they have used it and now can't do anything.

I initially put one star as the app was blank when I opened it. However, I restarted my phone and it worked perfectly. My wee one loves it. What a great app.

I absolutely love this app, but I specifically bought this for the interaction mode and there is no option to be able to use it. very disappointing😢

Very bad. I've got a Samsung A20 and this would not let me exit the app. Nothing worked. Had to reboot my ph to uninstall this crappy apk. Lesson Learnt and never again.

Really this app is great and purchase serial number option is amazing and I think that if you put to purchase option in dinosaur 4d+ because the serial number didn't work properly

I wasn't able to use this app with the flashcard at first. I contacted the company through their website and they responded by giving me a new serial number which works.

This app does not work you can only take a photo or take a video of the animal card it does not work if you can please make the animal move that would be very appreciated that's why I only have one star

I tried the apps and it's works wonderful, some delay happen depending on the phone. My daughter love the app's so much, she's 4

Every time I tried to download the app, it would say it was unable to download, but every other app works with my phone.

I have a note 8, is it compatible? Screen got stuck at first load into the game after several reinstall attempts.

app worked once and wont open again. tried uninstalling and reinstalling but stilp doesnt work. waste of money.

Not a bad app, but after latest update, the app won't open at all. Error says app keeps closing

This app is great better than the dinosaur 4d because it's contain app in purchasing because serial number didn't work properly please add purchase system in dinosaur 4d also

they sent me a serial number in my email, but when i input it in the app, it says it doesn't exist.

App does not work. Very disappointing. I installed it, and then have to uninstalled it.

can someone tell me what is that serial number they're asking when i try to use some features(eg. hologram), it's annoying that i can't seem to find or how or what number will i put in.

the app is freeze, not work at all, no progress to show it running or somethings else, stupid app

Used to have a selfie mode so you could see yourself with the animals, why has this feature been removed? Octogan could you let me know please?

I have problem ... Not all cards display ... Sime card come with msg " please insert the serial. Number to activate AR " ... I dont know how to deal with that
