Only got to play it for a short time, went to buy the app... thought that it completed ... it didn't, went back to try again to purchase the full game and it just stayed in a loop asking me to submit a numeric passcode. Needs improvement... even reinstalling the app did not correct this issue.
Edit update: If you are having problems with the app, delete this app and install the same app with orange sky ( the premium version) This immediately fixed my problem. Cant even unlock full game it just keeps popping up to enter a new code. I emailed customer service but haven't heard back
My 5 yr old loved the free version. We bought the full version but it wouldn't unlock. Tried emailing support and haven't heard back.... Disappointing...
My daughter loves this game, so I purchased the rest but I cannot get them unlocked. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and reset, but it still won't let us access the locked games.
We love this app, but after I purchased I can't get the full version on my other devices. It works great on my phone (the device I purchased it on), but I can't get the app to restore to the full version on my kids' devices :( Any ideas for how to make this work?
Great exercises for kids who already know how to count and need to progress and simple arithmetic. They're fun and and useful
Not very interactive. Needs to be more fun and motivating for kids. And no option for refund!
I paid for one of the games and tried to open one of the math levels and could not open it. Why pay for something and not able to play it. Waiste of money!
bought the game for my kids but the 2nd grade isn't available. it keeps looping asking me to key in the code and asking me to download the app which i've downloaded. how do we access the 2nd grade part? thought it will be available after purchasing it...
It is a nice game but bad problems activated on another phone with same account.Tried to contact the owner but with no answer from him.I even got charged 2 times for math Animal second grade.So if you can live with that is ok...
Paid to unlock all games but they won't unlick, even after resetting and hitting the restore button several times.
only 3 is unlocked and you got to pay for the rest. what makes this app for kids free when you got to pay to go futher? doing this will get the kids all excited then crush them when they find out they cant keep playing.
I did restore it does not work. They are still lock..Do not buy. This is just a scam.

Purchased game but it doesn't work
I paid for full version and 3 days later it is locked again
A bit simple for my first grader. And the parent lock is a joke. What first grader does not know the words for numbers! Certainly first graders in Oz should all know the number names!!!

Levels locked, again.... Both my 1st and 2nd grade apps locked after an update. I uninstalled both, restarted my phone, reinstalled both apps. I was able to unlock the levels in my 2nd application but the 1st grade app doesn't unlock. I am prompted to repurchase the app everytime I select restore. Is there a fix for this? Thanks for looking into this.
