This allowed me to help an injured bird by finding the nearest vet who takes wildlife so fast. Otherwise, i wouldn't have known where to start in an unfamiliar location. I was able to get the bird care in 20 minutes. So grateful. It was easy. This is an amazing tool. Share it with everyone!
On Christmas eve I found a very young, sick kitten. It needed skilled help ASAP. This app located 3 animal rescue/rehabbers close to me. All the contact info was accurate and up to date. I reached out for help via text. Within 15 minutes a rehabber called me back who accepted the kitten. She nursed it back to health, had ot checked out by a vet and even found a loving forever home for it.
I've had to use the emergency help for my area a couple of times already since adding it. Its wonder. List places that can help and phone numbers. Offers great advice. Everyone should have this app!
I was given the link to this app from a bat sanctuary in another state. I couldn't get ahold of anyone when I was trying to find the info on my own. I was able to get in contact with three different agency's and finally got help for this little bat. <3.
Today at work there was a young injured groundhog and I was able to use this app to quickly locate a wildlife rehabber who came to get him. Such a handy resource in the case of an animal emergency. I loved how fast it found my location and populated a list of numbers for the closest people.

Wise, educated, useful & much needed info to help animals can be found here....as well as where/how to locate licensed, experienced rehabbers near you. As a member of the inexperienced general public, you may genuinely mean well ~ but often times will ACTUALLY wind up causing or adding to the suffering & death of the very animal(s) you wish to help. *PLEASE CONTACT KNOWLEDGEABLE, LICENSED PEOPLE FOUND VIA THIS GREAT APP, IN ORDER TO PROPERLY HELP!!!* Thank you for helping ALL animals in need!
Used to work great. Now app wont open at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but not helping. Please fix this issue

This app easily found animal rehab and rescue places to call under "emergency" but does not list animal control, animal hospitals or any actual 24x7 animal emergency places. What is listed is accurate and helpful

This App is honestly one of the best tools you could have in your arsenal of helping animals. It is Nationwide which means even if I'm traveling and I find an animal in need of care I can turn to this app and it will get me to the closest rehabber or Vet Hospital. Love it! Yes, you need to allow it to GPS your location but that is one important feature to have if you're in unfamiliar territory! A MUST have!!

Doesn't have my town or the towns nearby. Can't use it. I have a wounded kangaroo mouse. I think this southern California breed is endangered idk our cats a hunter and she's constantly killing lizards, birds and field rats. This one doesn't seem to badly injured. Just its tail. It might be able to recover itself but I wanted to keep it safe and feed it for a few days so it can recover but I don't know what I can give it
I live in McHenry, IL, but the app doesn't even recognize it as a place. This is a great idea, but it would be fantastic if it worked for my location. XD
